The food and atmosphere are great, and this is a perfect spot for a date night or to meet up with friends. I just wish they put a little more effort into their vegetarian tacos. The flavor is delicious, but a roasted carrot really isn’t a protein substitute. It would be great if they had one or two more vegetarian tacos and preferably at least one with a protein like tofu, beyond, seitan, etc. I would definitely be a more regular customer if they made that change!
Food is fine. Nothing life-changing. The prices are questionable, but what is upsetting is that the minimum wage has increased to the level it’s at and Mr. Oso still has a mandatory 20% service charge.
The quesabirria tacos genuinely changed my life trajectory. I feel like a new, better version of myself. If you need a change in your average, everyday life, get the tacos. The chips and trio of salsa were also extremely tasty. We were told they had some spice from our server, but they were pretty mild to be honest. The atmosphere is very pleasant, not too loud but lively. Nicely decorated.
