We reserved for hibachi on a Saturday night and had someone with celiac and someone with a shellfish allergy in our party. We informed when booking the reservation, informed the server who took our order and told the chef. They were very careful with the shellfish allergy but not with the gluten allergy. Only reason this place gets a 4-star in Service is due to Jose and the Busser that helped us.

As a frequent supporter of small business, I rarely write negative reviews. Nevertheless, my family's frequent visits to celebrate special occasions, such as birthdays, anniversaries or family dinners, Mt Fuji has always been our go to. Chef Jose made the experience incredible. Definitely recommend going just for the experience. Definitely not the best hibatchi taste wise (the yum yum sauce is like a spicy honey mustard that could use some reworking).
