Stopped coming here and came back and had been served by Ronny multiple times. To the point we enjoyed this server so much I brought back my friends spent money to enjoy his company. Little did I know they fired my favorite server today. Four days before Christmas. I can’t go to a small family owned restaurant who treats people with such low standards. I won’t be coming back and I’ll be letting my friends and those who I refer to come here to never eat here. You’re nothing without your staff. We won’t be back, I’m disgusted.

The food is bad. The only good thing we had was the flautitas. Horrible flavors otherwise. The salad was practically wet lettuce that was completely covered in pepitas. The elote tasted like canned corn and was very sweet and wet. The rice was literally white rice with bits of carrots and corn in it with no other seasoning. We had the shrimp cocktail appetizer and it tasted like the cocktail sauce dressing was Bloody Mary mix. All in all it was shockingly bad food. Everything was cooked properly and fresh, however the flavors were not a good match. They also charge a 4% service fee which is fine, however their suggested tip amounts are on top of that service fee. I am not tipping 20% on a total that already included a mandatory tip.

Love the molcajetes (don’t sleep on the veggie), although haven’t had a bad thing on their menu yet and have been a few times. Also such a good mezcalarita. Also surprisingly kid friendly!

Good not great. We loved the tacos here before, now not as much, and there the portions are smaller and less extras like beans etc.

I had dinner here this evening and thought that’s it’s important to share my experience. I sent back a mezcalrita. I took one sip to find that it was watery and bitter. I was not rude, I didn’t make a big deal out of it, and figured it was on the bar for awhile considering how busy it was. I mentioned to my waiter that I didn’t care for it and kindly asked for a spicy marg instead. When the bill came, I was charged for it. Instead of apologizing a female manager with short hair and I believe glasses charged over to my table and essentially tried to argue with me as to why I sent the drink back. It was very odd combative behavior over one drink and it threw me off guard. I mentioned it was watery and bitter. The experience truly left a bad taste in my mouth literally and figuratively and I won’t be back and I’ll make sure to share my experience with my followers who I’ve referred here many times. That manager made her point loud and clear and I sincerely hope that behavior is not tolerated...

Best kept secret in Denver, you won’t find this level of cuisine & hospitality anywhere else. We had a party of 20, Sarah & her team we’re so accommodating, they worked with us tirelessly to commemorate a very special day we will never forget

Stopped in on Sunday for date night. Lexi was my server and she was phenomenal. Very bubbly and knowledgeable. She was able to make great recommendations even for my picky husband and we both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I will be sure to request her next time I’m in too!

The staff was genuinely friendly and tried to be attentive, but the food missed the mark and we had to ask 3 times for more dressing.

Nearly every dish, from the molcajete to the chips and even the salad dressing, was far too salty, which overpowered the otherwise decent flavors. The meat in the molcajete was overcooked and dry. Overall, a very average experience that didn’t quite live up to the hopes we had based on our love for their sister restaurant, Adelitas.

Food and service are great, plus the happy hour deals are pretty reasonable. I’ve been here several times, but this time the Birria tacos weren’t fried like before. Still good, but I prefer the fried Birria tacos. Very chill atmosphere for both couples and families with small children. Might try sitting on the patio next time.

Lastly, I understand and accept the 4% kitchen service fee; however, adding an automatic 20% tip on top of that is wild. Especially for a group size of four people and overall bill of less than $100.

Food was really good! Highly recommend the tacos and the Pollo con Mole. We got there early (around 5pm) so we could get a parking spot and a table. It filled up quickly shortly after.

This was one of the best Mexican food restaurants my wife and I have tried here in Colorado, it really tastes like grandma’s cooking. We are definitely coming back.

The service here was terrible, come here if you want to get ignored, discriminated against, and disrespected.

Delicious food and plenty of variety to accommodate most anybody’s taste or dietary restrictions.

The flour tortillas are freshly made and incredible. The refried beans are so good I had friends that don’t even like beans enjoy them.

The star of the show however was our server Lexi. She is a total delight and brings an unmatched positive energy to the restaurant.

She is accommodating to no end and hilarious to boot. Her vibe lights up the whole room.

She was able to help guide me through the menu and give top notch recommendations. Truly a master of her craft and an absolute gem.

From her knowledge on agave spirits to the preparation of different dishes and everything else in between, she made our experience unforgettable in the best possible way.

Go to Ni Tuyo, try a sotol or mezcal you’ve never heard of, and make sure to say hi to the fabulous Lexi.
