Wonderful food! The nicest people working in this food truck. The owner just returned from Japan, and she gave my son a Japanese candy. she’d brought back with her. NOTICE: they are no longer at the 39th St. location, but post their weekly food truck schedule on their Instagram every Monday. We found them at 32nd and Blake, just north of downtown Denver.

My first adventure with Ninja Ramen and it’s definitely not the last! The Katsu Sandwich was unbelievably delicious and the service was more than a smile, it was genuine joy. Paired quite well with a Tangerine Cream from Station 26! Can’t wait to have it again!

Great place. Kinda odd small hole in the wall dining area and ordering experience but amazing food! I got to meet the owner/ host/ cook who brought me alkaline water and explained how the water softness compared to here and Japan is so different and that's how they get their noodles just right. I overdid it on the chili powder but I needed it.

Always the best Japanese food in Denver and probably all of Colorado! I’ve been visiting the food truck start of pandemic! I just wish I could eat it everyday! If you haven’t tried this place, what are you waiting for? Plus the owner and staff are so humble, nice, friendly and generous! Thank you! Ninja Ramen has the best ramen in town! Actually, all their food is amazing. The karaage is also so delicious. They are always willing to accommodate dietary needs! We hunt them down at whatever brewery they are at. They have even come to my office for quarterly lunch. You can’t go wrong with anything you choose from Ninja Ramen.
