This food truck is AMAZING! We hired them for my dtr's wedding in salida and they were a huge hit. The dumplings and Ramen were perfectly delicious. The owners were incredibly sweet ! I recommend them highly !
This truck is amazing. I have never had anything from here that is bad. The customer service makes you know they actually appreciate you. They hands down make the best yakisoba in the state. Unfortunately for me they have quality control lop. It was not available today be the chef understands some days you're feeling it and other you're not. The sweet hostess make you feel valued! Soooo sooo good! One of the absolute yummiest ramen I have had the pleasure of eating. What's also special about this food truck is the attention to the presentation of their scrumptious dishes. The service was friendly and fast too. I downloaded their app so I can go get their ramen anytime!
