They stole my money and won’t answer.

I love Noodles and Co, but this specific store has disappointed me.

I ordered through the website and had multiple items missing, the items I did receive were missing their add ons, and the noodles were cold and hard like they hadn’t been cooked thoroughly.

I called the store multiple times in hopes of either getting my items delivered or getting a refund. I never got through. So I left a complaint through the website, gave it a few days, never heard back. This is unacceptable.

Sitting here watching everyone in slow motion. Zero desire to make the customer experience quick and Pleasant

Make sure you check the prices online because they’re different than the prices in the store. The price is online are actually cheaper. I won’t ever eat here again because I don’t like being overcharged

They never make my order right.

We were missing an entree—I guess we have to rip the bag open in the store to check, rather than after the long journey back to our apartment.

They were rude over the phone after trying to get some recompense.

They also took forever to give us our order after we arrived. We had arrived 10 min after it was supposed to be done.

Also the garlic bread was burned lol. Not worth risking this location again.

Forgot one of my bowls and burned my garlic bread.

1130-1205 18feb25. Cook was awsome. Had 4 pans going at all times. Other two in the kitchen hustling to get food out. Register guy killing it, but had to stop taking orders for 20 min to put orders together because the person at that station was not moving. Leaving orders cooling as they putzed around. Taking 5 seconds, each, to tear one ticket at a time.
Register guy did her job because lunch rush slammed them and everyone stepped up but the one person who had to match food to tickets.

Sad leanguini is gone and there aren’t any other healthy substitutes.

Noodles & Company offers the standard fast-casual noodle experience, and this downtown Denver location delivers just what you’d expect from the chain. The food itself was quite good, there’s a solid mix of pre-made noodles and fresh toppings. I tried the spicy Korean steak noodles and would definitely order them again.

However, the cleanliness left something to be desired. This location feels a bit older, with worn tables and chairs, and the drink station wasn’t as tidy as I’d like. Soda stains and scattered napkins gave the area a disheveled appearance. A little more attention from the staff would go a long way toward improving the dining atmosphere.

Overall, it’s a reliable spot for a quick, no-frills bite to eat. If you’re in the area and craving noodles, Noodles & Company is still a decent option.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Got ignored by employees around 25 minutes because no one wanted to take orders. The crew was “busy” chatting and preparing only orders to go. There were like 6 delivery drivers waiting for their orders and none of them were helped by them or ask about their delivery names so they can go. Finally I got mad and I told the blonde lady is she could take my order and she told me, “sorry, I m busy, give me 5 minuted which were more than that time. I left hungry and humiliated since no one cared about customers, orders online, delivery drivers or even to prepare a good food. Definitely not coming back!

Good food for in between meals. I had the vegetarian pasta and it tasted quite good. If you want, you can order a few additional ingredients. But this chili sauce, which is available free of charge at the service station, is enough for the spiciness.

If you are an Uber driver, please make sure the double check your order before you get there because this location has a tendency of going against Uber's policy of making the drivers fill the drinks up when they know that they should be feeling it up anyway because that's a $10,000 fine if we're possibly found out to be doing that.
