I actually like the food - kindaBut EVERY time they forget to put my order in the line and it’s like I’m the first one in the store and always the last to leaveIt’s really unfortunate because I was going to go to ink coffee but my coworker told me to go to Nordstrom.The issue is - that I’m usually supposed to be on a quick 15 minute break, and it ends up taking 30-40 minutes. I will return to work and get yelled at for taking too long so it’s never worth itI am in management and so my integrity is questioned when u take too long which isn’t cool

One Barista in particular needs to work on their customer service. Was waiting in line with my brother and once the counter was empty, we approached the cashier that was open and was told off by a male barista with glasses very rudely that he wasn’t ready for us as he was speaking to a couple on the side. Once he was done speaking to the couple he didn’t even attend to us so we were pretty confused as to why he needed to be rude. Love the Ebar but that guy killed the whole vibe, we will not be visiting that location again.

Be careful of the lunch items they offer. I grabbed a pasta item and the noodles were crunchy, talked to a worker about it and they told me that’s how they are supposed to be. I don’t believe that’s right, I’ve never had a crunchy noodle. They wouldn’t do anything so I just threw it away and wasted the $10 I spent. Not a great experience.

quite literally the worst coffee i’ve ever had and i paid 10$ for a medium. i think they added 5 too many scoops of chocolate powder. it was so nasty, i only ended up drinking a couple sips as that’s all i could handle.
