They make great espresso drinks here, including decaf--far superior to any other coffee chains in Denver, in my opinion. They also provide great customer service, and I love that they have oat milk.
We desperately needed some coffee while waiting for the Apple store to open. Nordstrom's Ebar delivered. We ordered two cappuccinos. They were well made with strong espresso and milk that wasn't too hot (a big pet peeve of mine, particularly with some Starbucks locations). Price was reasonable.

The Ebar is the best coffee and snack option in cherry creek mall. The lines are on average shorter than Starbucks and the drinks are tasted and have there own non corporate spin on them. I also enjoy there salads and variety of snack as well.
