I come here every weekend and the girl Michelle (with the black hair) is always so nice and helpful. She makes sure my drink is ready promptly and its a complicated order and she always gets it right.
Yeesh. Not tidy. Staff not rude, per se, but perfunctory in service. Visited on a mid-week day around 4 for a pick-me-up cup of hot tea and apparently that was a tall order. Frustrated bc we chose to go there over SB’s and then regretted it. Decaf was available for my partner, so that was a plus.
I love stopping in the nordstrom I bar for a coffee or a snack when I'm shopping. They have a lot of healthy options and I was happy to find some vegetables and hummus to snack on In between shopping. The service here is always friendly and they have amazing coffee drinks. If you have a nordstrom card you can charge your coffee to that and get some nordstrom points.
