Ocho’s Mexican Cocina is an easy 5-star spot for breakfast. I picked up a couple of breakfast burritos at $4.50 each and was genuinely impressed with the value. The burritos were very large, packed well, extremely filling, and full of flavor. Ingredients tasted fresh and everything was cooked just right. For the price, the portion size alone makes it a standout. I will definitely be back next time I want a solid, affordable breakfast.
This place absolutely delivers. The carnitas are to die for perfectly seasoned, tender, and packed with flavor. The chorizo tastes genuinely authentic, rich and savory without being greasy. Portions are enormous, easily enough to split or take home for another meal, which makes it a great value. If you’re looking for real, satisfying Mexican food that doesn’t hold back on flavor or portion size, this spot is a winner.
First, the churros are piped with caramel. 10/10!
The lady at the register was friendly and recommended the Tacos Birria. Great choice! These are as good as the best I’ve had at hi end restaurants and/or food trucks.
Atmosphere is what you’d expect for a fast casual spot. There was Latin music playing at an appropriate volume.
