Every single time I eat here the tacos are amazing. Probably my favorite tacos in the denver area. Love the steak with flour tortilla and cheese tomatoes and lettuce. Birria tacos are also excellent! You order at the register and they bring your food to the table. It’s not a “full service” restaurant but they are friendly.
Ocho's was a great find! I had tripe tacos and my husband had a steak burrito. Tripe was crispy and corn tortillas fresh. There is a salsa bar with at least 4 kinds of salsa along with cilantro, onions and pickled onions. Queso good too!
The flavor was good, I had carne asada and chicken tacos. However, the portions were small (three tacos at 12+ bucks) left me hungry and wanting more. Also, there were a lot of really tough pieces of meat. Maybe it was a fluke, so I'll have to try again before fully deciding. If it weren't so close by I wouldn't bother returning.
