Everyone was very kind, the service was great, and the ambience is very Hawaiian. The fish was fresh and handled with care. The food was very traditionally Hawaiian which for some would be a good thing but for me there is a ceiling on traditional Hawaiian food. Poke bowls need bright flavors to highlight the fish. I just returned from Hawaii so I’ve been ITCHING for a good Kailua plate. I got the mini box ($11) and added Poke. It came highly recommended by coworkers and exceeded my expectations! It was BETTER than 99% of the plate lunches I had in Hawaii. Will be a regular here now and definitely recommend to all. Thanks Ohana!

My partner and I love Hawaiian food but we rarely come across any decent Hawaiian restaurants in Denver. We weren't sure what to expect when walking in but we were pleasantly surprised by a selection of locally made kombuchas and other drinks.
