I had the best Eggs Benedict. The eggs were perfectly poached. The hollandaise sauce was perfect. The drip coffee was mellow with zero bitterness. Our server Stella met our every need.
I had been to this restaurant years ago on a trip to Denver with my wife. And wanted to go back because it really is just such a beautiful spot. As a foreigner, I’m totally vibing with places like this—there’s history here and a cool retro feel. This is exactly what foreigners expect from classic American spots. But, like, being a girly girl, I can’t help but mention that, yeah, it's not super clean everywhere. But honestly, that’s part of its charm.
