Saw a huge COCKROACH climbing around on the wall the night of 3/30. Must be a common occurrence because the manager didn’t apologize or reassure us that this is something that doesn’t happen. Our male waiter was nice, but that was the only polite employee. Hostesses seemed annoyed at our presence! Anyway! Keep the ROACHES in your dirty kitchen at LEAST, and consider further customer service training for whoever the manager that night was. The comped drinks were nice but doesn’t negate the fact that I saw a 3 INCH INSECT in a dining establishment. Gross.

I had dinner at OM on March 9. It was during "Restaurant Week" so there was an option of a prix fixe menu or a la carte. Unfortunately, there was a MANDATORY service fee "for all servers" of 22% . . . 22%!!!. The pasta was overdone (NOT "al dente" as I had specifically requested) and I found the prices ridiculously over-priced for the quality of the food . . . and that 22% "tip".

We had a lovely dinner at Osteria Marco. We didn’t have reservations but we got lucky and were able to sit at the bar. Apparently some of the recipes are handed down by the owner’s grandmother, and it shows. The Burrata and all the pasta are made in house. My only criticism is that the food was a bit salty.

22% fee is crazy. Owner cant pay his employees, hope they find new jobs.
Worst experience I’ve ever had in Denver. Their staff overcharged us, rushed us through dinnner (all food on the table within 9 minutes )
Rude staff from the hostess, server to management. Then the audacity to add the tip on our meal we had to box up. For TWO PEOPLE.
I do not recommend AT ALL

Love the food and service but 100% do not like the reservation process and requiring $108 to get table for 4. There’s other options in the area and so for that reason see you later

Had a $52.00 lunch there today and was shocked to see they added a 22% "CHP Fee" to the check without telling us in advance they would do that! Our server told us that was for tips - half going to the kitchen staff and the other half split amongst the rest of the staff. That meant our server, who did a great job, would get less than an 11% tip. They also had a line below for "additional tip". That $$ would go only to our server. I felt so bad for her (and you could tell she was embarassed by the policy) I added $$ to the check, for a total of 29% tip!! They should have told us in advance they would add 22% to our bill. I'm a good tipper and typically tip 20% but it was insulting to be charged for something I wasn't even given notice about. I'll never go there again.
The burrata was creamy and slightly tangy, and came with nicely toasted bread and olive oil. The pizza had a nice flavour profile but was slightly burnt on the bottom in places, with the broccolini slightly overcooked

Food was sub-par for the price. I had one dietary double-check, not even a modification, and ended up with basically just plain noodles. They brought out the meat after the fact when I asked what was up, but the whole dish was just not a meal that should have cost more than $15.
Dietary restrictions: Not great with dietary considerations for the price. Plenty of places in town that charge “more than casual” range are VERY good with this.

Good food and drinks, friendly staff. Good happy hour. Just be prepared to pay 23% extra on your bill.

Worst place I've been to in a while. Should have read the negative reviews beforehand but now I can agree with them as a result.
The positive reviews must be fake or paid. Walked in and immediately upon being seated I was told a 22% gratuity would be added to my bill, then if I would like to add a tip it will go directly to my server. Yeah, read that for a second, makes no sense right? Scam job. Let's get right to the money as a guest sits down too.
The service was abysmal. The server came up to my table 2 times total, once to take my order and once to bring me my bill. Another "historic building" fee was added to the bill which was never disclosed, on top of the 22%. I went to use the restroom, when I came back the food was there sitting on the table. Nobody asked if I needed anything else or how the food was, despite me wanting to order a side salad.
Good segway into the food. The pasta carbonara was literally disgusting. It tasted like throw up and the plate was filled with the lowest grade bits of pig fat. Additionally, the pasta was undercooked and borderline raw. The portion also was miniature sized, I barely got any food. 50 dollars for a plate of this crap and I didn't even order an alcoholic beverage. If only I could find the one server in the entire restaurant to inquire on the food, but who cares they got their 22% gratuity plus whatever additional tip I'd like to leave right?
This place should be ashamed of itself and its staff. No idea how it has good reviews. There are just some experiences you can't forget because they are that bad and absurd. This was certainly one of them.
Best of luck to your business, can't recommend for anyone to dine here ever.

I have been here twice and had issues with the food and service [bad taste, loads of extra butter where it should not be, leaving things off that we ordered, etc]. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. It is not terrible but leaves a lot of room for improvement.

I have been dining here for years, and was surprised to see the 22% gratuity plus another 1%,service fee which is excessive and I won’t be returning. I would have been fine with a 20% gratuity.
