Celebrated my 40th here and it was so memorable and delicious. The sushi chefs were fun and skilled, every bite was amazing and the drink and sake pairings were great. The ambiance was so dark and lovely. I look forward to coming back!
This was the most unique and delicious culinary experience I have ever had. It was not cheap, but it was absolutely worth every penny. The elevator was broken so we had to go through the back of the burger restaurant and enter through the back entrance of sushi by scratch, and although they apologized for the “inconvenience”, we thought it actually made the experience more unique! I would recommend this place to anyone, and we might make this our new wedding anniversary...read full review

The location is below NADC Burger, taking the elevator down to a small candle lit bar area. Join the group 30 minutes early for the complimentary welcome experience with small bites and a cocktail. The entire group is then relocated to the intimate dining room for the 17-course meal. The chefs provide a truly unique culinary experience with incredible bites like hamachi, salmon, and a frozen matcha ice cream bite. The sake or cocktail flight is a perfect accompaniment that elevates the divine experience. It is a favorite that guests are already planning to return for.
