I ordered a beef and broccoli lunch special with fried rice, a peach boba breeze, and a soup. The rice, tea, and soup tasted okay, but the beef was extremely tough and difficult to chew. It seemed overcooked and like it was left out for a few hours on a food heater before serving it to me. It was definitely not fresh, and my stomach hurt later and the next day. The beef was so hard to chew, it was like they just gave me tendons.

Been coming to this location for 25 years. It’s still great. Quick dependable service. Great food. Even 8-10 parking spots in their lot.

I ordered the Kung Pao chicken, but it wasn’t spicy and tasted very sour. The chicken was also breaded, which isn’t traditional for this dish. When I asked the server, he told me they use the same chicken for different sauces. Traditionally, Kung Pao chicken is not breaded. Not a good experience!

EXTREMELY OVERPRICED MEDIOCRE FOOD!
We had a reservation as we had an event at Ball areana. When we got there we had to wait over a half hour for our table. Because of the wait we had to order all of our stuff in one shot. Appetizer, dinner and drinks. I even paid for our meal ahead of time as we needed to hurry and gobble it down and rush out the door. Because of eating so quick and not being able to just enjoy our food, i had heartburn all night at our event. It was the kick start to my family's holiday season and I have to say I was very disappointed. Don't take reservations if your not going to save the table.

Made reservations for 6pm, was seated at 6:10. Not terrible, but could’ve been better.
Service was not good and the appetizer took 20 minutes to come out. There was a table next to us that came 10 minutes after us, and received their appetizers first. When I brought it to my waitress attention, she said she would look into it, and came back with my chicken wraps.
I have been seated for 56 minutes and still have not received my food. Maybe this is why I have not been here for two years.
The food tasted good, but there is no reason to be waiting so long.

We came Sunday night and were the only ones in the restaurant. The place was completely empty. The food was horrible and had absolutely no flavor. We ate nothing and asked for the check. They didn't even bother to inquire as to what was wrong and just gave us the bill.

Brycen did a great job. Made some southern sweet tea for my wife. Made her feel like she was back in Alabama.

We had lunch at the downtown location on Sunday, 10/13. There were only 3 parties of 3 in the entire restaurant. We were sat in the office of the 2 other booths, this very easy to handle tables. Once we were seated 2 waitresses stood & stared at our booth for 10 minutes before the young man who seated us brought over menus. We had our 18 month old granddaughter with us, thus we ordered our drinks, appetizer & entrees all at once. The food tasted great as it always dies, but the waiter was nowhere to be found throughout our time there. At one point I had to go to the hostess podium to ask fur a soft drink refill because the waitress was the only person on the floor. No wonder there was only the parties there. The place was virtually empty on a Sunday at 1145am.

I’ve been to P.f. chang’s numerous times but this one in Colorado has been the best! Especially Brycen, he has been my server every time at this location. He takes care of his guests so well. He is humorous and makes the experience so wonderful! 10/10 service from Brycen!!!!

We ordered delivery from this restaurant, which uses Uber Eats. The food arrived promptly.
However, the food was so bad that it made us actually angry! We used to enjoy this restaurant when we lived downtown, but it has clearly deteriorated if our meal is any indication. The vegetable rolls were crispy but tiny, and the filling was mush and lacked any identifiable vegetables. My tofu dish was tasteless, and the tofu was cooked to an unappealing texture. The salad was sparse and lacked any dressing. It was supposed to be in its own container, but it wasn’t included in our order. To top it off, my husband’s salmon didn’t taste fresh.

Stopped in to grab dinner before the Nate Bargatze concert. Lots of empty tables but they said 20-30 min wait. Got seated in 35 min and told our waitress we were in a bit of a hurry. She was very apologetic about the wait for our food and kept checking in every 5-10 mins. After 40 minutes with no food in sight (in a now 1/3 full restaurant) we gave up. Our waitress had to check with the manager to see if we could leave without paying for the dinners we never got, thought our drinks might at least be complimentary but even had to pay for those. Very disappointing experience all around. Got a customer satisfaction survey the next day and filled that out with the above comments, a week later and still waiting for a reply to that.
