One of the best places to start if you’re curious about the mezcal world. Bartenders do more than just make cocktails, they’re knowledgeable about the library of mezcal they have behind the bar and every pour comes with an explanation of what’s being served, the agave used, and what to expect. It’s as educational as it is delicious! The food is excellent as well and the atmosphere is fun and inviting.
