We stopped in at 12:45 pm for lunch. Ordered Beijing beef which was not hot, tested reheated, tough and ordered honey shrimp, not hot, tasted reheated and chow-mien was under cooked, not hot. VERY VERY POOR FOOD!!!
They need to fire the old lady working the register. I waited almost 15 minutes to get my food when it was already ready and in line with everyone else’s. Lady made me pay for it then just forgot about me and everyone else. She can’t keep up and doesn’t know how to work in a fast paced environment. Everyone that works there look like they’re related so that might be the problem. Cook also can’t get food cooked fast enough. People waiting a lot longer than they should
Possibly the best Panda location I've visited. Staff was friendly and so polite to customers and each other despite trying to get food ready shortly after opening. If someone wasn't busy, they were out in the dining area cleaning. Every time someone walked in the door, there was a chorus of 'Welcome!', and every time the cashier rang the bell for getting a donation, another chorus of 'Thank you!' Great teamwork.
Reliable. Tasty. And good sized portions. Spartan furnishings. We ate, stayed and talked. We didn't feel hurried.
Ashley did an amazing less than an hour before closing dealing with several unruly customers who were calling people amidst their order to clarify details. She kept her composure like no one else would have. As a licensed professional in the state of Colorado I wish more people worked like this. Deserves a raise! They were running out of orange chicken and made up for it quickly, this staff tonight was unbelievable, round of applause.
We have gone to this location between 2-5 pm. Recently in the last few months, the fried rice is fluffy and tasty. The vegetables weren't overcooked. The portions are pretty good size.
This was a very filling meal for the price we paid. If you are looking for fine dining, this is not the right place for you. If you are looking for a quick and filling meal for lunch or dinner, this is an option. My sons are tall and large with appetites to match so it is a great place for us.
It also helps to go in to order and see what is fresh and plentiful. Keep in mind that this location is busy with lots of foot traffic. After 2 pm and before 5 pm works best for us.
I don't give five stars very often, but these guys are really good. The place is clean, everyone's happy and full and walking out here with big smiles on their face. Come and visit. It's worth the trip
Ok I should have read the reviews for this place and if you think this place is any better with uber eats it not. They have just given me two empty cups of coke and my order was all messed up no egg rolls and my plates didn’t have anything that I wanted on it. Just go somewhere else

Horrible customer service! Just how came from the store. ( 01/12/25 at 15.45pm) The older Asian woman need a training on how to talk to the customers.
First messed up my order of large impossible meat. Gave a small portion for the large portion already paid online. After going in they scrapped the dish and filled the large box. I will edit this post after eating the food.
Only reason came here because they have impossible meat.

As solid as you can get for what it is, always has many people. A solid variety, and staffs efficient.

Rice was a bit tough and had no flavor. Tried to use Panda Express monthly good fortune reward (2 bigger plates for $16) but was not honored or properly discounted upon checkout. One customer table was occupied with employees donut box from Krispy Crème!

Came in and had to wait for super greens ( wasn’t told it was going to be a wait). Got home and one of my entrees was missing and the other two were very small, tasted funny and not fresh. My chow mein was so dry and hard I just threw the whole thing out. This place has gone downhill in the last year.
I recommend you Go somewhere else to get fresh, tasty food. No lunch for me today

I probably eat there once a week. It's a good value and I always enjoy what I get, typically super greens and mushroom chicken and some teriyaki chicken.
