After trying multiple Papa John's franchises in the Denver area, I think this one deserves four stars. The food is done on time and cooked golden brown. My complaints are that the toppings are sparse near the crust which results in large bubbles and for some reason their cuts don't go all the way through the pizza. Maybe they have weak arms at this store? Overall, if you like Papa John's Pizza then you should give this location a shot if you are in the area.

Tastes good, but over the past couple of months the crusts have been SO THIN they couldn't even hold the toppings. I gave them 3 chances thinking it might have been training or other scenario that caused such terrible structure......I will not go to that store again....

My husband and I are staying at a hotel 8 minutes away. We ordered last night and it took them 35+ minutes AFTER the food was picked up to deliver. The food was COLD, completely hard and cold. I complained and a manager called me first thing the next day. Apparently our food was picked up by door dash. They redelivered the order and it was HOT, fresh and delicious. I've never had such a quick resolution and appreciated the re do. We will be back in a few months and this will...
