Sad pathetic handful of toppings within 3-4 inches of the middle of the pizza. Missed half the toppings

We had a problem with our order and when we called the restaurant Rudy was the one to help
us. He went above and beyond for a problem that postmates should’ve dealt with. We really appreciate the help he provided for us.

I'm rating a 3 because as long as you go after 9 pm it's a better experience. The store manager Shounda is rude no matter if you're a customer doordasher or an employee. Also for anyone who is complaining about the delivery, it's DoorDash drivers, not Papa John's employees. They were shirts that say Papa John's in big letters on the front They should also have a hat that says Papa John's on it but not always. Also if they don't have on at least the shirt but have a bag they are DoorDashers, not Papa John's employees. So most likely if you had an issue with you're delivery you should probably call DoorDash before calling the store.

Rudy was AMAZING and helped me correct an issue that was totally my fault ! Sweetest guy did not complain one bit even when they were so busy !! Can't thank you enough for taking the time to help me Rudy !

I came to this location because it seems to be the “best” option for papa John’s. I seem to have interrupted the smoke sesh. One of the employees says “everyone wants to show up at the same time” and before walking out hands me my pizza while also holding her cigarette, lighter and Dr Pepper in her hand. Nasty. Have some decorum.

No one talked to me for 30 minutes and my order was ready for another 15 after that

Just had the nicest lady of all time give us our food. Hell yeah. I’ll be back.

I had a bit of an issue with my order today- after it was confirmed and picked up, the status suddenly changed to “canceled.” Naturally, I was confused and called the store to find out what happened. Turns out, the DoorDash driver picked up the order and then canceled it, essentially stealing the pizzas.

But I have to give major kudos to the store manager for how he handled the situation. He was incredibly kind, professional, and quick to make things right. He personally called me back, explained what happened, and made sure a new driver was assigned to redeliver the order.

Thanks to his help, everything was sorted out smoothly. Great customer service goes a long way—and this manager definitely delivered!

We went in to get the heart shaped pizzas, at first everything looked great. He only showed me one pizza and once I got home I realized why. The garlic butter popped open and was just soaking through the box and ruined the pizza. I had garlic butter all over my fabric car seats. Picture of the pizza with the popped open garlic butter.
I ended up getting pretty sick as well so this was disappointing.

Super Bowl Sunday, my husband and I decided neither of us wanted to cook so we ordered a pizza online(from the website, so it seemed like it was an employed delivery driver, not a DoorDash driver or someone third party), and paid/tipped with a credit card(important info). We placed the order to be delivered at 5:00, it was delivered at 4:58, which was a surprise. We were expecting it to be later due to it being a high volume pizza day. Unfortunately, the delivery driver seemed to be attempting to scam us. When my husband answered the door, the driver told him that we needed to pay. Since I was the one who ordered and paid, my husband called for me. The delivery driver said that he didn’t speak much English and went back to his car to grab a second phone to use in order to communicate. With the help of Google translate, he tried telling me that his other phone is showing that we still need to pay, and if I don’t pay and he leaves the pizza, then it gets taken from his money, which I get, but I had paid and had proof both on my emailed receipt and the side of the pizza box that we paid with a Visa card. Once I told him that he could wait while I called the store to get it sorted out and hopefully talk to someone who could speak more Spanish to him and have it be understood better than using translate, he gave up and gave me the pizza and quickly walked away. I still called and spoke with the manager, and explained what happened and that I just wanted to make sure that if he was attempting to either pocket $40 in cash or take our card info. The manager was extremely receptive and apologetic, which is exactly what I wanted. Despite the situation as well as the busy day, she took the time to listen to my feedback, looked up my order to see which driver was assigned to my order and promised that she would make sure it wouldn’t happen again. She handled the situation wonderfully and I am thankful that she listened.
