Upon walking in the store the man with a pony tail and NO hairnet/beardnet was yelling and cursing about the store being too busy. He had a very sore attitude with customers and employees.

Place order online door dasher Maykeling picked up my order text me that he was here wanted me to come out which I did but wanted me to walk around to look for him stood outside for over 5 minutes and he closed order saying it was handed to me not at my door it was not. Then I called the store and asked for a refund the manager lady says will I will try to remember to refund you once we slow down. Not sure how that works will you did not take none of my information down

Ordered dinner for delivery (I almost exclusively order for pickup but didn’t want to leave the house). Our first order went out in a timely manner but the delivery driver never actually delivered the pizzas. I called in and a replacement order was made and sent out. From the time we placed our order until the time we actually had food delivered was close to 2 hours. I was contacted by the manager to make things right and will be going back (for pick up) again.

Super thrilled that I paid nearly $60 for cold pizza and wings. Don't order delivery from here. They give your food to door dashers for delivery and apparently they don't carry warming bags. Wouldn't have tipped a single penny had I known this. Stop allowing door dashers to take customer food out of the building with zero thermal protection in the dead of winter.

Ordered two pizza through here and they used a DoorDash driver who didn’t speak any English and could not find our house. After 30 minutes going back and forth with the driver he hung up and stopped responding. We then tried to call the store many times and were hung up on after one ring every time, so we had to drive to the store after paying for tip and delivery. After two hours they only gave us a refund and 50% off after all of these troubles. This should deem a free order unacceptable.
