Shelly is the best!! I haven't been here in awhile, came in today and was greeted with a smile and a positive attitude. The lunch rush was busy (as expected) and my order took a little longer than usual. Shelly apologized for the extra time and offered complimentary beverages while waiting. The food may take awhile but the customer service is always spot on.
Went in once and had the slightest of disappointing experiences, the manager noticed my disappointment however and would not let me leave without making it better I told him it's okay because I still ate the food it wasn't a big deal. (But he made me promise to come back and he promised it would be better)The next time I was in there was 3 or 4 months later and the manager still remembered me as soon as I walked through the door. Thank you Pei Wei. I am someone who works an early shift near this location, I stopped by at 10Am when the general restaurant was not open. The manager saw me trying to get in and asked if I was just getting a bite to eat, I told him my situation and he made me a plate. Great customer service that's how you take care of customers.
