This was the location of my favorite Dim Sum place for many years. It was called China Jade. Two Sisters ran this restaurant for decades with a very dedicated staff. The good news is, most of the Dim Sum is exactly the same as before, with the exception of the size of the Baked BBQ Pork Bun (I miss them terribly). What is exactly the same however are the Sesame Balls, they are the biggest in town!
This place is still really good and is basically still China Jade but with Pho and a few other new items. This place is worth visiting if you like Dim Sum.
I plan on rating the Vietnamese food the next time I go, it seems like a match made in heaven tbh, A good rice platter with good Dim Sum seems unbeatable.

I've been eating this stuff my whole life and not gonna lie, this place has a broth that is a solid 9 out of 10! The flavor is balanced, rich and not overly sweet. I will have to keep going back, I have heard this place is reliably delicious, and excited to find if that is true or not.

I love pho too much. I wish I would've started a YouTube channel long ago because I have truly been just about everywhere in colorado and minnesota. Pho hong is straight up delicious and the the staff is amazing! Huy is one of a kind and you're lucky if you get to meet him! Unbelievably helpful and kind! If you're in Denver and going to be near Empower field you have to stop at Pho Hong×!!!!! Huy deserves a raise!!!!!
