Tarascos is a must try! This is one of the best Mexican restaurants in Lakewood, in my opinion. Their food tastes authentic and incredibly flavorful. I highly recommend their chicken mole enchiladas and melon Aguas fescas.They also have vegan options too and offer a variety of healthy options, which I thought was so cool!
I had the champurrado, and chilaquiles verdes with steak. All was great food. The service was great too. The place is small, approx 7 tables. I was impressed with the number of vegetarian AND gluten free options. A big family came in while I was there, most of whom were vegan, and all found something different to eat. I'd be back and recommend to others.

This is my second time here. The staff or possibly owners who run the restaurant are attentive, friendly, and polite. The Beef stew was amazing! And the flavor was consistent from my first visit.
