Services here is horrible, we been coming here for years but lately the waiters have a horrible attitude, and when we tried to work with them when our order is wrong the waiter just keeps smacking his lips like we were in the wrong. Like I don't expect to be treated like a king but at least with respect, and it's not like we got mad at the waiter for getting our order wrong, mistake happens but to push a plate on to us that we didn't order when we pretty much order the same thing every time we come here then getting mad and treating us horrible... Pho Duy use to be the spot but not lately, with their staff treating returning customers poorly... it safe to say that we won't be coming back.

We love Pho Duy. It’s currently our go-to Pho spot. I think this is the best Pho we’ve had in Denver so far in terms of the broth flavor, and freshness of the meat/add ins. They have an extensive menu for those not wanting Pho, and have many varieties of Boba Teas too (however, the last time we got teas, the boba was dry and shriveled like they hadn’t been stirred in a while, or were lacking hydration- depends on how they are prepared). While some aspects of this restaurant are average, like the customer service, it is still the best Pho we’ve had, and that’s why we keep coming back.

I have been coming and bragging about pho duy for over 5 years. Today I go in and get two broths and I paid over $17. No meat, no noodles. Nothing but broth. $17. I will no longer bring my business here and neither should anyone else. I'm on a clear diet and wanted to feel something warm in my stomach. Didn't know it was going to cost me so much $$. I'll be looking for my pho closer to home in Thornton.

My carry out order was 25 minutes late. They kept telling me it would be out in 5 minutes, but, not true. Instead of giving an explanation and an apology, they got frustrated with me for not being willing to wait endlessly. There are plenty of good Pho restaurants in Denver. If you are looking for good customer service and food that is ready on time, I would look somewhere else!

I parked behing the employees parking that says “park behind us we go home at 10pm” in my beautiful classic 1986 Honda CRX on 1.31.24. and 25 minutes later the car that was parking in employee parking ran into me and didn’t leave a note. I went to management and they said no cameras. I am leaving this review in hopes that whomever hit me will do the right thing and leave their insurance info. It was 99% an employee of pho duy. Thanks a lot forRuining a classic car hope you see this and do the right thingParking: The employees of pho duy don’t know how to drive ran into my classic car didn’t leave a note thanks for ruining my month.

My friend told me late one night, Hey lets check this spot out "I cant tell you where it is." I reluctantly get in a car and he drives me down to what it appears to be the most dangerous part of the city. but Nah... it turns out to be one of the best reataurants known to man this is what he told me to convince me to go"Pho duy is not an americanized restaurant, you will be put in a corner and potentially ignored, you may hear the same Vietnamese karoake song on repeat, but, they will be open on christmas, you will recieve the best bowl of Pho on Federal, the best fried rice plate, give or take. I do not want to hear Taylor swift when I'm eating my pho, I want to hear Vietnamese instrumentals and feel im slightly out of place and I want to go home with a belly full of delicious broth and meats. they have a little fish tank with bubbles and fake fish, and fresh coconut juice."Your local Denver Foodie.
