Tip, or incur the wrath of this shop's drivers!! I got a written message on my receipt saying "thanks for tip," as the driver quickly scurried out of the front office of my workplace, I assume to make me look cheap. So, Papa Johns just got a new customer.

I was in such a hurry to get food back to the party that I made the mistake of not checking the price I paid. I had coupons for the food I got. Anyway, I asked the lady if they needed them she said no. Not thinking, I was under the impression I was paying what the coupons and taxes came to. Nope. The 1 coupon was for 24 and some change and the other 9.99$. Should have been around 35 or so bucks, I paid 52 or 53 bucks ? ?. I guess my lesson is, slow down and pay attention.

I ordered online and waited for my food for about an hour. I called to see what was going on with my order and was told that the order was voided due to not having an apartment #.!!!!!! WTH the address was correct. My pizza wasn't delivered and now I have to wait 2 to 3 business days to get a refund and if I wanted the pizza I had to repay. Don't buy at this store the manager is rude
Food is great they're pretty on point man every time I go the food is very well made and presentable. Parking is ok and not much to look at inside but I only go for pick-up
I usually don't like chain pizza, but this location was very nice when I arrived for carryout, my pizza was cooked perfectly. Definitely using them again.

Can't expect much of a customer service from a pizza hut, but I give it a five because they do what pizza huts are supposed to do. The store is very clean, at least from what I could see from the small counter. The za za was on point. They didn't have the 2 liter of cherry Pepsi I ordered online, but I still snagged a reg Pepsi, no biggie.
