The app said it would be ready and it was. Contractless curbside delivery was very fast and friendly. Got the double box. So much good pizza.

Wouldn't give any stars. Put an order in around 9:30, waited and waited. The app said that my order was out for delivery but NEVER received my order. Tried calling the store multiple times and could nit get anyone to answer, finally got the answering services and she couldn't get a hold of the store either so I was pretty much screwed out of my order and never received my food. Horrible customer service.

TERRIBLE! Would not recommend this location. We placed our order at 5:26pm. We received a confirmation email that stated the food would be delivered at 6:10pm. We kept calling to try and see where our order was because it said it was out for delivery and it was already 7:10pm. Nobody answered the phones. I called to make a new order and explained what was happening and the ensured me that the food would be delivered shortly. Come 7:30pm the food has still not been delivered. My boyfriend went to their location to figure out what was going on with our order. They remade our food, but refused to give us any compensation. They even made the excuse that they don’t have contact information for their driver so they would have to wait until he decided to come back to see where our order was. $55 dollars later we received no compensation and our order 3 hours later.

This is one of the better huts ive been to, it's still pizza hut but the service is great my orders are correct and complete and they are doing a great job working with and around the current situation

Used to be an ok place but now it seems the service has gone down hill. They don’t get the order right sometimes but then don’t know how to fix it in a way to show they want to keep your service. Seems like they don’t accept responsibility and try to change. Hopefully they’ll improve or close shop

Very disappointed with today's order. I had same pizzas 3 nights ago and they were super tasty. I orders same thing today and my pizza tasted like dry saw dust. Not enough sauce and not enough chicken topping . Damn this sucks.

Horrible customer serviceWe asked for a veggie supreme pizza.They sent us one with meat.Since we are strictly veggietarian and never eat meat, we simply threw it out in our trash bin outside our house.So we called them up again and mentioned it.She asked for that pizza back.We offered that we are willing to show that we actually threw it out and not lying and are willing to show it to their delivery person if they must, but yet she was very unsupportive.When we asked for a replacement pizza, a female supervisor denied us saying since we threw the pizza out in the trash bin, she will only credit our card and will not make us another one (hung up the phone rudely upon asking her name). Awful human being.

Called less than 5 minutes after placing an order I paid for to cancel it and was told they couldn’t cancel it because it was ‘already made and out for delivery’. It was a carry out order, and when I asked about it they said ‘oh it’s not out for delivery yet but we still can’t cancel it’. Honestly the people who work here seem rather d*** as well as dishonest. Will not be ordering from again and recommend you don’t either

Pizza Hit used to be my go to pizza for years. I felt guilty bc a pan pizzas is let's face it, it's as bad as it gets, total guilty pleasure. I recently ordered , ordered again , and YES ordered again . All three orders were exactly what I ordered. The pizza was hot, fresh , and tasted SO GOOD on all three ordered it was 5 stars for sure . Do yourself a favor and try the mini Cinnabon's you won't be disappointed .

We ordered online with a coupon we received in the mail for 30% off. We then got a voicemail from Pizza Hut stating the order had been cancelled because this location does not have any drivers today. I called the location and asked them to make the order anyways and we’d come pick it up. On the drive over, I was expecting to ask management if we could still have a coupon applied, as it was why we went with Pizza Hut for lunch today. When my boyfriend came back to the car with the pizzas, he said that the manager, Jeff, was very kind and apologetic about the lack of drivers and gave us our order for free. Thank you so much, Jeff. We appreciate you and the Yale-Monaco store very much! Keep up the amazing work!

This was the worst experience ever yesterday they over charged my card spoke with a woman she said I have to call the call center called them back a bengal man answered said a woman doesn’t work here the lead Daniel didn’t resolve my card charger I’m a loyal customer I’m so done with them fraud and lies

My girlfriend and I had ordered a pizza at 8:20 this evening and it was expected to take an hour which is expected with Monday night football. After waiting the hour and not receiving our pizza we finally called the store who told us it was going to be another 20 minutes getting our food to us at almost 10. Upon asking why we were told that they only had one driver. We were offered no apologies for the delay or any kind of way to help mitigate the situation, only an attitude and hesitation to give us a refund. As someone who has worked as a delivery driver I am aware of what it's like to work during a football game. Pizza hut make work slightly differently but it is clear there is incompetence in the management staff that thinks it's ok to stack up orders and let all their drivers go, clearly the manager that was working is not aware of how to do business. They have made it very clear that they do not want our business nor anyone else's and we will be taking our money to a pizza store with better customer service.
