Ok so everything was good but the side salad alone was worth this review of 5 stars. Ordered the gyro plate which was flavorful and nicely decorated but the salad blew me away considering this is a Mediterranean joint… Instead of plain iceberg lettuce, a couple toms and cucs, this side salad had SPINACH, mixed greens, a HANDFUL of blueberries, strawberries, and a lovely creamy sweet mayo-based dressing. Was such a nice touch to the overall flavor experience. Would do again
Golden Falafel is a true culinary delight! The family owned vibe adds warmth to the already inviting atmosphere. The food is fantastic - the falafel is crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and bursting with flavor. A must-visit for anyone craving authentic and delicious Middle Eastern cuisine in Denver!
