Of all the Popeye's I've visited, this one is the best. The counter staff is friendly and the chicken is done to perfection. My only complaint is that the spicy is not very spicy, but this isn't The Big Easy.
The atmosphere is a little cramped. It's a little difficult to know who's waiting to order and who's waiting to pick up. But the food is worth a little confusion, and I've found all the patrons to be pretty patient and convivial.
The chicken we received was bloody still. I contacted them but they did not seem to care.
