First time getting BBQ in Denver and this was really good BBQ. I was not disappointed with this food. The ribs were tender and smoky did not need BBQ sauce because they were seasoned so well. Brisket was great too. I want to come back to get the burnt ends. I give this place 10/10. Service on the pick up order was great food was ready when I got there no errors in the orders.

You will not find better Central Texas BBQ outside of Central Texas. The brisket should be included in the Texas Monthly annual review but the sides are better than almost anywhere in Texas. Is it hipster TX BBQ? Maybe but I don't care. It is awesome. And they have Shiner and Lone Star on tap.

I have had every real BBQ in CO. There is one other in Park Meadows that's solid, but no one touches Post Oak's total experience.

I frequent Post Oak BBQ about once every three weeks. The bar staff is incredible which includes Dakota, Demetrius, Cassie & Tim. I always start with a margarita which are made perfectly there, when I’m not having a glass of one of their whiskeys. They have one of the best selections in Denver. My goto’s are the spare ribs, smoked wings and always an accompanied by the collard greens.
