Delicious food and great service! I went there for happy hour with coworkers. The place was busy so it got a little loud. The $6 happy hour wine glass is a great deal. Staff was very friendly.

I told the server I didn't have any food allergies but forgot how badly red chili flakes affect me; though not an allergy. Ordered the smoked salmon board and got a schmear of cheese that was thickly coated with a layer of miniscule red chili flakes, with seeds. I hate red chili flakes with a passion! they hurt me. I tried scraping off the flakes, to no avail, it was just mixing them in worse. The server returned and asked how everything was. I said I really hated red chili flakes, and I'd like them to make the board again please, automatically assuming they would just bring me some non-topped cheese spread. After 10 minutes I got another board, and the cream cheese was coated with a layer of gross fried capers! that were fried in stale oil or something - they tasted absolutely *terrible.* Aren't chefs supposed to be constantly tasting food to ensure quality and freshness? Did anyone at Postino actually taste the fried capers? Absolutely revolting. I had the manager take that away too. Manager graciously comped, thank you. When I say I don't want anything on the cheese and they bring me something that tastes even worse than the red chili flakes, and there's bones sticking out of the chunk of whole poached salmon on the board (see photo with bones sticking out), this review is to request these chefs up their game, look at what you're serving, and taste what you're serving *first*. Servers need to ask if red chili flakes are okay, and be sure ask if the diner wants fried capers on top instead. I told the manager it's time to change their stale frying oil, and he told me that the fried capers come in from somewhere else. What????? The menu did *not* indicate chili flakes come with the smoked salmon board, or else I would never, ever have ordered that board. And then to dump a bunch of old-tasting, gross dark brown chunks of ick on top as a replacement? Ugh! I have been wanting to come to this restaurant for over a year, and I am hugely disappointed.

I had such a great experience at Postino thanks to Jade! She was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we sat down. Jade checked on us at the perfect times without ever making us feel rushed, and she made really thoughtful recommendations that ended up being our favorite parts of the meal. Her positive energy genuinely made the whole visit so much better.

Amazing Service! Jade was absolutely wonderful during our visit to Postino. She was friendly, patient, and made us feel so taken care of the entire time. You can tell she really enjoys what she does because her energy is so uplifting. She anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask and made great suggestions that we loved. Our server, Jade, at Postino's had a guitar strap as her server book holder and honestly, that alone deserves five stars. She kept our pitcher of beer flowing and brought serious rockstar energy to the table. 10/10 – if you see the server with the guitar strap, you're in for a good time!
