My husband and I have been eating here for a year. We love the steak sandwich. Although last night the service was not good. Too busy cleaning. My sandwich had very little meat. Always a 5 star place and down the block from home.

Clean, fast service, and excellent quality food. Sweet Heat Pulled Pork BBQ was delicious. Be sure to add those yummy hot peppers.

Missing literally most ingredients of a large order. For instance, BLT was just bacon on a roll. Just wow.

Robots can make more accurate sandwiches. They seem to miss a key ingredient of the sandwich half the time I eat there. Try taking out your earbuds and actually pay attention too what the customer orders and what you’re doing. Food is just mediocre.

I went in with my aunt on a Thursday night in nasty weather, and we had the most WONDERFUL and lovely experience possible. We were helped by Charmaine and September who were some of the most absolutely kind and fantastic people. They could not possibly have been more kind. We are so grateful to have met them and to have been served by them. Recommend this establishment 1000/10, absolutely incredible! The kindness they showed made it not only worth going out in the weather, but made it a place I would visit again and again. I cannot believe their kindness and loveliness. Thank you so much! Our entire night was made much better. We will absolutely be visiting again!! Also, for what it's worth, the sandwiches were mind-blowingly delicious. Fantastic, amazing experience.

I second-guessed myself by stopping here and ignoring my gut feeling. However, I was hungry and hadn’t eaten lunch or breakfast, so I decided to give it a chance. Unfortunately, I left empty-handed. The staff was rude; when I asked for one topping, the employee looked at me and replied, “What?” The person before me also seemed to be having a bad experience, and it was clear that the staff wasn’t paying attention to us.

I encourage the team to reflect on today’s interaction. Thankfully, many small business owners understand the importance of putting a smile on their customers’ faces while serving good food.

This was my first and last visit to this location. Never again! I left feeling angry and frustrated.

Sandwiches here are the best! Had a sandwich with grilled chicken and a spicy pesto spread that gave the sandwich that tasty touch I wanted! Portions are filling and the customer service great!

The food was very good, but tables were disgustingly dirty! You can easily notice a layer of grime (Aka boogers-dirt-other human fluids, etc) Just pay attention to your restaurant. This has bad effects for reviews!

Not many toppings put on to the point that half of my original sandwich had none, and it was not albacore tuna but brown. Won't be back
