I second-guessed myself by stopping here and ignoring my gut feeling. However, I was hungry and hadn’t eaten lunch or breakfast, so I decided to give it a chance. Unfortunately, I left empty-handed. The staff was rude; when I asked for one topping, the employee looked at me and replied, “What?” The person before me also seemed to be having a bad experience, and it was clear that the staff wasn’t paying attention to us.
I encourage the team to reflect on today’s interaction. Thankfully, many small business owners understand the importance of putting a smile on their customers’ faces while serving good food.
This was my first and last visit to this location. Never again! I left feeling angry and frustrated.
I ended up going to the small business owner and had some delicious enchiladas

Sandwiches here are the best! Had a sandwich with grilled chicken and a spicy pesto spread that gave the sandwich that tasty touch I wanted! Portions are filling and the customer service great!

The food was very good, but tables were disgustingly dirty! You can easily notice a layer of grime (Aka boogers-dirt-other human fluids, etc) Just pay attention to your restaurant. This has bad effects for reviews!
Not many toppings put on to the point that half of my original sandwich had none, and it was not albacore tuna but brown. Won't be back

Ordered delivery and this is the mess I received. Hardly edible. Never again, waste of time and money. Edit- couldn’t add a photo for some reason but WAS refunded by Uber eats.

VERY CLEAN TABLES! VERY SWEET LADY AND KIDDO BEHIND THE COUNTER NAMED SEPTEMBER AND CODY! SHE MADE MY SANDWICH SO FAST AND SO GOOD AND CODY WAS CLEANING THE WHOLE TIME! SUPER WONDERFUL PEOPLE AND PLACE AND SUPER YUMMY FOOD!

Ehhhh, the sandwich was perfect but soft drink machine had 3 drinks low on syrup and the garbages were overflowing. At 4pm and not busy at all, come on boys let's pick it up!

On August 27, 2024, around 7:10 PM, I visited the Potbelly location near Union Station where I go every day, but this time I experienced something extremely upsetting from an employee I've never seen before.
I wanted to order your Mediterranean sandwich. The employee asked me which bread I wanted, and I pointed at the bread without touching it. However, she rudely raised his voice and said, "Don't touch the bread!" while giving me a nasty look. She then told me to move along in line, which I did. But she took my order wrong and refused to admit it. She said, "Speak with a proper accent, you ordered a vegetarian sandwich." I responded that I had ordered a Mediterranean sandwich, and she replied, "Then speak with a proper accent, I can't understand you." She said all of this to me in a loud voice, in front of other customers. When I tried to clarify that I had indeed ordered the correct sandwich and that she had misunderstood, she threatened me by saying, "If you keep going, I won't make your sandwich."
This entire interaction was extremely distressing, and my American girlfriend witnessed everything. I will be going to the store tomorrow to speak with the manager, and I will do everything I can to ensure that this employee is fired. Someone who doesn't know how to speak to customers properly should not be working in customer service.

Honestly I enjoy the sandwiches here but I’ve watched one of the employees be very rude to a customer who got there order wrong and told him that he should Learn proper English since he’s a foreigner. Never coming back to this location.

I had the turkey & swiss sandwich, and it was fine. Consistent with other locations I've been to. The staff was also just fine. Not terrible, but also not exceptional in customer service.

Just as a warning to people who want to order from this location. There is no parking next to the store, for free. So good luck with paying to park for your meal, unless you want to park in a no parking zone (I do not endorse parking in no parking zones). Next warning that will hopefully be resolved soon … their online ordering system is not fully functioning during their hours of operation. This means you might have to bring or show a copy of your order. Good luck Uber eats workers. When I came to get the order my wife placed it was supposed to be done and ready for pick up almost 5 minutes prior to me showing up. Unfortunately, their system was down. so it took almost an additional 8 minutes before the order was ready. Thankfully the staff gave me a free brownie for my time. When I got to the hotel the bag also had an extra soup, so the staff really was trying their best despite the technical difficulties. However there was a missing sandwich. And I happen to get to the hotel 10 minutes prior them closing… After driving back I let the workers know and they said the ticket only printed the soup and salad but not the sandwich on the order. as an apology they gave me a full sandwich rather than a half and a strawberry smoothie for my troubles. I really hope they show this review to corporate because there is no reason their ticketing system should be down or barely functioning for a multi million dollar company. I assume the online integration software was botched recently. If You need an integration specialist. Feel free to respond to this i’ve been working in the field for over a decade. The food was ok but the experience due to a lack corporate leadership and integration management was not. Best wishes to the local staff.

You have to pretty much park illegally to pick up an order. I ordered the cherry chip cookie and received a chocolate, chocolate chip cookie. The store was not clean.
