The person who made my sandwich was very sloppy, almost everything had come out of the bread when opened wrap. I literally had to remake the sandwich by putting back the ingredients:))) very small area with only a few table tinny tables. I had to eat my sandwich outside. I wouldn’t go to this location if I really don’t have to, which I don’t have to :))

Sandwich was excellent I normally don’t eat a lot of sub sandwiches but this one was fresh and delicious and definitely will come back again. Manager had excellent recommendations very knowledgeable and professional.

This was the worst potbelly that I have ever tried to go to. I say the word tried because you can’t park anywhere around there and now that everything is under construction, you have to go park your car somewhere else, pay for it, then walk in to pick up your order. I called the store six different times asking for help. They were sarcastic and rude. It’s like they’ve never heard of this issue but clearly everyone is having problems parking and getting their food here. I don’t even know how they stay in business. I drove an hour and 15 minutes around the blockjust to get a soggy sandwich. Ridiculous.

Grabbed lunch here, and it was very busy but Austin was super nice and made a great sandwich when I thought I was going to maybe get the opposite with how hard they were working!

Placed an order online and showed up 8 mins after the app said my sandwich would be ready. Only for them to tell me they haven’t started on it yet. I was the only one in the store. I got my sandwich 25 mins after placing the order online. Late coming back to work.

Just another chain restaurant in denver hates the customers. Phone more important than two customers before me. Unfathomably, he was able to make my sandwich upside-down backward. Why. Everything was destroyed. I am so glad I am leaving Denver Colorado. Embrace your Blaming your tools for your inadequacies.

Wanted a quick lunch. Got a veggie melt and Mac n cheese. The bread was toasted perfectly with good crunch and tasted great. Mac n cheese was just right. I’m visiting here and noticed a few crazy homeless outside may want to sit inside
