Did online order for cheesesteak, onions, spicy mustard and long hots. It said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Walked in 20 minutes later, I see my steak sitting on stainless table getting cold. Turns out it was made immediately and it sat for 10 minutes getting cold. They don't have common sense to have it sit under heat lamp. I open it up to eat in the dinning room, and of course it's not hot, but worse the clueless staff put cold roasted red peppers in the sandwich, NOT THE LONG HOTS I ORDERED. Oh and there were no onions also!! I tell lady behind counter and she says no problem here's some long hot's and tells me to put them on the sandwich, although I wanted them cooked into it. Meanwhile the taste of the cold red pepper ruined the sandwich. If you put red peppers in then cook them in, don't just place cold peppers into a hot sandwich!! I should have told her she needed to make a new one done properly. The whole deal was pathetic.
I went back again today for a sharp italian. It was just ok - the bread wasn't cooked off properly, roll was white, not the brown baked normal look. They also put mayo on it! I ordered it with oil/vinegar, never asked for mayo. And all good sandwich shops know you don't mix oil/vinegar w/ mayo - disgusting.

EDIT - I visited for the first time in awhile 9/23 around 7 PM. I was surprised to find a sign signalling it was under new ownership. The service was far better than it had been on previous visits - two employees, the cook made the food excellent, the gal at the register was super pleasant. Thanks much!
I want to love it, but literally every order I get has been incorrect across three visits. Employees do not seem to know the menu, what's supposed to be on the sandwiches, and miss basic instructions. Too bad, this is a cool concept.

I just stopped into Primo Hoagies and had an absolutely amazing experience thanks to Bee, Alisa, and Leslie. From the moment I walked in, their energy was warm, welcoming, and genuinely enthusiastic. They went above and beyond to make me feel like more than just a customer.
Not only was the food incredible (seriously, one of the best hoagies I’ve had in a long time), but the team behind the counter made the visit unforgettable. Bee was upbeat and friendly, Alisa kept everything moving smoothly with a great attitude, and Leslie was incredibly kind and attentive.
You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows. I’ll definitely be back — not just for the hoagies, but for the people.

Having come from the east coast and having Primo hoagies around me, this is genuine taste of home for me. Amazing sandwiches, you get a packed hoagie for the price you pay and it is FRESH deli meats as well! Everything about this place is amazing. I even had the pleasure of meeting the new owners and they are very excited to make Primo a household name out here and I am absolutely rooting for them! If you’re looking for a solid hoagie this NEEDS to be your go-to shop!
