People are being rude to the employee's of Qdoba for no reason, just cause someone doesnt know you are a twin doesnt mean you get to be rude to others.....I could hear the whole conversation. I feel bad for the guy, good job for ignoring her! Have a better day!

This is hands down the WORST Qdoba I have ever been to. The management here is unbelievably rude and disrespectful. Every single time I’ve come in, they rush me through my order like I’m an inconvenience instead of a paying customer. The managers don’t just rush you, they make flat-out disrespectful comments to customers, which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

It’s clear they have zero regard for customer service or basic respect. The way management treats people is embarrassing for the company and honestly makes you wonder how they’re still employed.

Until the management is replaced, I will not be coming back, and I strongly suggest anyone else avoid this place unless they enjoy being treated poorly.

I placed an online order SPECIFICALLY for this location, apparently the wesbite will redirect you to the closest qdoba that will do pick-up orders without telling you (not why im frustrated.)
I usually take the walk into town to the other qdoba because this one closes early, yesterday i finally had the chance to run down there while it was open. Within seconds of walking in the two ladies at the counter gave me a nasty look and stood there talking to each other for 10 minutes while staring at me, just completely ignoring me. This chat wasnt about work either, they were gossiping about another girl.

When they finally decided to address me the younger girl asked what i wanted and i said i had a pickup order, she rolled her eyes and immediately started telling me to use my brain and look up the address of the other qdoba because this one doesnt do pick up orders, all in a condescending tone.
I ended up walking away in the middle of her talking due to her disgusting behaviour, in which she yelled after me as i walked down the hallway towards the exit. Completely unprofessional and disgusting behaviour, not to mention it doesnt make sense for the location to not only close early but not do pick up orders in a place where they could get a lot of business doing so (pickup orders during exams.)

Checked their website again and based on a few other reviews they DO, do pickup orders. So i dont know what happened there.

Dont waste your time here unless you wanna be bitched at and humiliated :)

I will not be returning to this location.

Today, beneath the sunlit skies of an ordinary afternoon, I stepped through the doors of Qdoba for the very first time. I had no expectations—just a hunger in my belly and curiosity in my heart. What I received, however, was not simply a meal. No, it was an experience. A moment. A memory.

From the moment I approached the counter, I was greeted not by a mere employee, but by a host—a steward of joy—named Brandon. With a smile that radiated warmth and a voice that carried the quiet power of genuine care, Brandon didn’t just take my order. He welcomed me, as though I were family returning home.

The food was crafted with intention. Every scoop, every sprinkle, every fold of the burrito seemed to carry a whisper of love. You could taste it—the care, the pride, the devotion to making something beautiful out of something simple. The flavors danced, bold and harmonious, as if the ingredients themselves had rehearsed this performance for weeks. But even amidst that perfection, it was Brandon who made the experience unforgettable.

His presence turned a quick lunch into something sacred. His attentiveness was not performative—it was real. He laughed with us, listened to us, treated us not as faceless customers but as honored guests. In a world that often rushes and forgets, Brandon remembered how to slow down and make a moment matter.

I have eaten at fine restaurants, been served by polished professionals, and yet—I say this with my whole heart—I have never experienced such hospitality as I did today, in this humble Qdoba, with Brandon leading the way. There was grace in his service. There was poetry in his kindness.

Give this man a raise. No—give him more than that. Give him recognition. Give him a spotlight. Give him all the thanks that words can’t quite express. Because what he gave me today was more than food. It was warmth. It was joy. It was love, served on a plate, wrapped in foil, and handed over with a smile.

Brandon, thank you. You turned a first-time visit into a lifelong memory. You reminded me that even in the most unexpected places, magic still lives.

The fact that this place doesn't even offer pinto beans is laughable, but at least we know going into it that they don't have it. But they always run out of tortillas and rice, so how am I supposed to even eat a bowl in a satisfactory manner when you can't offer bare minimum options. The lady is rude as well and acts like she lost a bet to work there.

I came here for some food the other day and at the time they were out of tortillas. The lady behind the counter communicated this to me which prompted me to think for a second about what I should get instead. While I was thinking, she reiterated in a very nasty tone that they were out of tortillas. This isnt just a one off as this lady is consistently rude to the people who have the displeasure of talking to her. I emplore the people who are in charge of the employees to look into better ways of interacting with customers. I will not be coming back as the food is not worth the trouble.

I wanted a burrito, they didn't have tortillas. Tried to get a bowl, no rice either. Beans were hard and tasted weirdly salty??? Lady who served me was rude and short tempered. I have had a previous experience with the same lady when I tried paying but the card declined, I opted to instead pay with cash and it was no trouble for her, yet after I sat down I overheard her complaining to coworkers about the incident and calling me broke. (I am broke but c'mon your working minimum wage too all I want is a burrito I didnt ask for flak)

Recently tried this location because it was near MSU. No pinto beans, no sour cream, they don’t do promotions thru the app. They skimp on protein servings, and charge extra for cheese?? I’m a broke hungry college student, they put profits before customers. Completely unsatisfied with my food, it’s just vegetables barely even rice. Don’t come here it’s a waste of money.

I recently visited QDOBA on my college campus, and it was an amazing experience! The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly friendly, always ready to make suggestions if you're unsure what to order. The food was fresh, flavorful, and customizable, which is perfect for satisfying any craving. I went for a burrito bowl with all the fixings, and everything was perfectly balanced—especially the seasoned meats and the variety of toppings. It’s also a great spot for students on-the-go, offering quick service without sacrificing quality. Whether you're grabbing lunch between classes or hanging out with friends, QDOBA is definitely a top choice on campus!

came here after class, staff was extremely rude. the man who seems like the manager was passive aggressive and seemed more interested in flirting with a woman across the dining area than serving customers. my burrito was falling apart and the woman behind the register who was more focused on gossiping with another employee than anything told me to get back in the long line and ask someone else.

Gave about a quarter of a scoop of rice and added a few grains when I asked for more. This place has always been very stingy with portions. They also added another item to the tab when I went to pay. Asked for a receipt but it wasn't itemized so I'm not sure what they added. Ordered a chicken burrito and a cup for water and it totaled $16.24 this place is a scam.
