Lady with black hair acts like she’s forced to work there. Always has an attitude no matter how polite I try being to her.

Recently tried this location because it was near MSU. No pinto beans, no sour cream, they don’t do promotions thru the app. They skimp on protein servings, and charge extra for cheese?? I’m a broke hungry college student, they put profits before customers. Completely unsatisfied with my food, it’s just vegetables barely even rice. Don’t come here it’s a waste of money.

I recently visited QDOBA on my college campus, and it was an amazing experience! The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly friendly, always ready to make suggestions if you're unsure what to order. came here after class, staff was extremely rude. the man who seems like the manager was passive aggressive and seemed more interested in flirting with a woman across the dining area than serving customers. my burrito was falling apart and the woman behind the register who was more focused on gossiping with another employee than anything told me to get back in the long line and ask someone else.

Workers are rude! I pay money to get an education here and this the treatment I get? They seem to judge you off what you want they rush you and are mean about it! Get it together

Gave about a quarter of a scoop of rice and added a few grains when I asked for more. This place has always been very stingy with portions. They also added another item to the tab when I went to pay. Asked for a receipt but it wasn't itemized so I'm not sure what they added. Ordered a chicken burrito and a cup for water and it totaled $16.24 this place is a scam.

The people there were nice. But I just got food poisoning there. I don’t know what was in the food, but not good quality.

They are quick and nice workers!! The only thing is add more rice cause 10 dollars for a few scoops of rice ain’t it . But the meat was so good ?. I would probably return though .

They open at 6:30am on Friday’s. Came here at 8:30am and they still weren’t ready yet

You don't have to make fun of my food choice or give me a hard time because you didn't hear my response. It's really not hard, that's the bare minimum.

Workers are so rude. Waited in line nearly 20 minutes starting at 12:30 and the line was wrapping around the entire dining area. I finally get to order and they don’t have any cholula chicken so I politely ask if I can get a discount because they were telling me it would take 5 minutes for them to make more. I was busy and in a rush also having waited 20 minutes I was frustrated so i refused and insisted I get a discount. The white guy who’s balding (might be a manager) , I don’t know his name, started raising his voice at me and being condescending so I returned the energy and told him working at Qdoba is all he’s good for, which is true. “I’m doing 5 things at once.” Not my problem, that’s what you’re hired to do so do your job and stop being rude to your customers. Time is a valuable asset. Last time this location will receive money from me.

I Went in today around 3 it was great and very friendly people, Kim, Miki & Brandon took very care of me even got my order right away, fast workers also nice workers I love this place I highly recommend this Qdoba good job today... 5stars
