This Qdoba location gave me a free meal card for returning equipment that I had used for an event. I got it in May of 2025. They wrote the wrong expiration date on the card (12/24.) However, I didn’t even realize that it would expire until I asked my boyfriend to go pick up a bowl for me. The only reason I wanted Qdoba was because I had the free meal card. When he brought it home, he expressed to me that the workers were extremely rude, unprofessional and they were in a bad mood the second he walked in. They refused to honor the free meal and said “do you even want the bowl or not?” I get that it’s Qdoba and I should not have high expectations for customer service. But there’s absolutely no reason to be rude to a customer. Especially considering that he treated them with respect the whole time. He said it wasn’t a problem, payed for the bowl and brought it home to me. The bowl was extremely lacking in meat, salsa, queso and cheese. It was basically a bowl of lettuce, beans and rice. Choose Chipotle or Illegal Pete’s. They have better service, better food and better atmosphere.

Angelica ,sariel, and Sebastian are all my favorite, obviously if you love Qdoba you love their food but I specifically drive downtown to see these guys, feels like family with the warm welcoming and speedy considerate service, thanks guys, should've left this review a long time ago
