Zewde, the owner and chef, was such an amazing host! the food was amazing and so reasonably priced. the ambience was warm and inviting. possibly the best meal of my life. Zewde was such a joy to chat with and so kind. If in Denver again, I will be sure to go back.
Getting dinner at this place was such a delight. I haven’t been to any of the other Ethiopian restaurants in Denver yet but I chose this one because it had all of my favorite dishes on the menu. The spice blends were a little different than I’m used to but super flavorful - highly recommend the gored gored in particular. The vegetarian combo was great too! My favorite Ethiopian restaurant in Denver. This place is non-discript on the outside but is a gem on the inside with excellent food and a warm, welcoming culture. Zewde takes great care of her guests and served up delicious meals filled with love.
