Ramen Star is my daughter’s favorite restaurant in Denver! We come on birthdays and always bring out of town guests. The kids plate and the veggie buns are some of our favorites. The new summer menu has a really great cold noodle dish. Our server Brian was extra helpful today. We’ll be back for the second Monday date night special!
Another wonderful meal with the new summer menu. Cold noodles were perfect for summer and I have to get the Momo every time (chicken thigh Yakitori). No one in Denver has yakitori so it’s a real treat. Brian was supper polite and attentive and knowledgeable about how the interesting Japanese dishes. This isn’t just a ramen spot anymore.

As for the ramen, wow! Their noodles are made in house and they’re not too soggy (like other Ramen places) they have the PERFECT texture! I got the spicy miso and it was the perfect serving size. All of the ingredients and toppings complimented each other very well and didn’t take away from the very flavorful broth! We will definitely be returning!
