We had the truffle ramen and the tonkotsu ramen and both were excellent. Their ramen noodles really make it. We got takeout and were missing one ramen. When I went back, albeit rather annoyed, they were super accommodating, gave me a beer on the house and sent me home with my original order, netting us an extra ramen. Mistakes happen and they more than made up for it.
In terms of taste options and quality. I think this is a top ramen spot in Denver. Service was a bit slow but in their defense it was a packed restaurant. Ramen is amazing...they even make their own noodles! Their dipping noodles are something to definitely try. Got some pork steam buns that were good sized and the pork wax amazing. Great sake selection. Nice to ba back in soup season so we can head back here.
This is the best ramen experience I have ever had in my life. The atmosphere was surprisingly cute (based on a poor photo posted by a previous patron) and our service was 100% top notch. The food… omg. Best ramen cuisine I’ve ever had. Everything curated and prepared perfectly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
