Ismael and his team are doing seriously exceptional pastries & breads. Warm and welcoming and we were lucky enough to catch them before they move to a different location. Thank you for making my daughters bday special.

The pastel de Nata and the Venezuelan sticky bun were both fantastic. They’re super friendly here. Can’t wait to come back and try some more of their amazing pastries.

Visiting Reunion Bakery has been a dream I’ve had for the past 3 years while following Ismael and his team’s work through social media. Today was the day that I finally got a chance to visit the bakery and see them in full action. Even while super busy, Ismael took the time to have a conversation with me, while running back and forward in the middle of rush hour, and that says lot’s about him as a person and the care he puts not only into his products but about the people around him.
During the visit, we got the guava and cheese danish (the coconut shavings just seal the deal of a perfect pastry), ham and Gruyère croissant (I mea anything with Gruyère is always good, along with the crunchiest dough) , the chocolate chip cookie (a big fan of cookies, and let’s just say this one is at the top of the list), and the olives and zaatar sourdough bread (just delicious!).
I would definitely come back on my next trip to Denver, and if you still have not tried them, please do as soon as you can! :)

We ordered pastel de nata and Golfeado, pastries were good especially Golfeado 🤤.

I don’t think the bakery is setup for online ordering. We made an online order at 8:30 a.m the pickup time was 9:20. We were there at around 9:30 we were told Golfeado is in the oven it will take another 10 mins. We didn’t mind a 10 minute wait. We got our order serviced at 10:20. There were no updates whatsoever. I totally emphasize with workers facing customers, It can be rough!! But customer service could be better and should have more empathy especially if the customer has been waiting significantly longer for their order.

My sincere request to business is to remove the online ordering system I don’t think the system and staff is setup for it! I love this business I hope they do well!

Wow the staff here is so nice! It was my first visit so they let me try a pastry, which was delicious. The smells alone are amazing, but the custard tart is chefs kiss. I’d say they are a bit pricy however, spent $30+ on 6 pastries. Hoping the rest are just a delish as the custard

Reunion Bread continues to be one of my go-to bakeries in Denver, and this visit really delivered.

They recently collaborated with Riot BBQ on empanadas, offering pork, chicken, and fish. I tried all three and each one was well executed. The fillings were flavorful, the pastry was done right, and none of them felt like an afterthought. It was a fun collaboration and absolutely worth checking out.

We also grabbed some of their usual pastries and they reminded me why I keep coming back. The guava and cheese was rich without being heavy, the natas were excellent, the golfeado was comforting and familiar, and the lemon cream puff was light and not overly sweet.

Reunion Bread is consistent, thoughtful, and reliable. Whether it’s a special collaboration or their everyday offerings, the quality is always there. Definitely a spot I’ll keep returning to.

This bakery is a slice of heaven for anyone who appreciates artisanal baked goods. As soon as you enter, the warm, inviting aroma of freshly baked bread and pastries envelops you. The display case showcases an impressive array of treats, from flaky croissants to decadent tarts. I couldn’t resist trying the almond croissant, which was perfectly buttery and filled with rich almond paste. The sourdough loaf I purchased was crusty on the outside and soft on the inside, making it a perfect companion for my meals at home. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, eager to share the story behind their ingredients and baking techniques. Prices are reasonable considering the high quality of the products. Flour & Water Bakery also offers classes, allowing customers to learn the art of baking firsthand. It’s a must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in exceptional baked goods and support local artisans.

Hours aren’t updated even on their website. Went out of my way to go and they are closed until January 14th. Also the Source used to be lively and fun, it’s like walking through an abandoned mall now. Greedy landlords raising rent is my guess, it’s depressing.
