Visiting Reunion Bakery has been a dream I’ve had for the past 3 years while following Ismael and his team’s work through social media. Today was the day that I finally got a chance to visit the bakery and see them in full action. Even while super busy, Ismael took the time to have a conversation with me, while running back and forward in the middle of rush hour, and that says lot’s about him as a person and the care he puts not only into his products but about the people...
Wow the staff here is so nice! It was my first visit so they let me try a pastry, which was delicious. The smells alone are amazing, but the custard tart is chefs kiss. I’d say they are a bit pricy however, spent $30+ on 6 pastries. Hoping the rest are just a delish as the custard
