This is one of the slowest, poorly run customer service restaurants in the Thornton area. Takes up to 10 minutes for the staff to even acknowledge customers entering the store quite often, and when they do there is very little personality or effort put into the interaction. Then followed up by an uncommonly long wait for the food to be prepared. This staff has no Hussle in their step whatsoever. The food is ok, but nothing special compared to many local burrito places. It's as average of a commercial burrito you can get wrapped up in flashy localized names to give it more appeal.If your in this plaza/area I recommend Gomez burrito in the building right behind them, the food is better in quality and the friendly staff provides excellent customer service. Check them out!After trying many times here, I cannot recommend this Establishment.

I’ve had Rico’s burrito before and liked them a lot but I was disappointed this time. Because I ordered a burrito with chicken, bacon and green chili and I got a burrito with potatoes, ground beef and bacon, I believe, which is completely different than chicken. I did not want potatoes.

These are the best breakfast burritos you'll ever find. They're surprisingly large for how little they cost. Every single ingredient tastes premium and is cooked to perfection. It's a great way to brag to friends or coworkers about knowing the best breakfast place around. You can't go wrong with Ricco's.

The food here lives up to it's name! If you like really greasy food with tons of flavor, you've come to the right place. The "large" burritos however are smaller than most normal burritos I've enjoyed at other places. The prices are high and the hours they are open are short, so you better be "rich" and retired so that you have the time to recover from the food coma these burritos will put you in.
