Three delivery orders before posting this review. Only because I couldn't believe a restaurant could be so near perfection for the first two orders... To be honest this was my first visit. This is more of a precaution. Their Carne Adovada is not what I’m used to in New Mexico. What I am used to is a rich red pork chili made from ancho peppers. This was a marinated piece of flank steak that was grilled, more like Carne Asada. I checked my receipt and it said Carne Adovada.
