Ruth's Chris Steak House

I am a plebian and quality food is wasted on me, but my girlfriend and her friends are not, and they were in love. Moreso than the food was the service, though. Incredible. Outstanding. Caitlyn checked in often, without being obtrusive, and was able to time out our food in such a way that as soon as the appetizers were done, our big, juicy steaks arrived. We made sure to flag down Caitlyn's manager, Dylan, to ensure that the incredible service we received was noticed.

Nice restaurant with excellent steaks. They are skilled at getting the steak exactky right and it comes sizzling hot to your table. I wish they had a live piano playing music but overall very nice experience

From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and made every effort to make our anniversary dinner special. They brought us to our table and we were surprised with rose petals! Our server, Laura, made the evening so special for us. She was kind, attentive, knowledgeable and we enjoyed chatting with her as the night went on. Jesus was also very polite and attentive. The food was perfectly cooked, came out hot and portions were great. Although the food was delicious, the service was easily the best part of the night, and easily the best service I have ever experienced. Every single staff member came by to wish us a happy anniversary including the head chef. We were treated with complimentary champagne to celebrate the evening and it really made the experience above and beyond. We will be returning many many times! Thank you Laura and to all the other staff members for such an unforgettable night!

Ruth’s Chris does it right. Everything was perfect. Our service was fantastic and the food was 5-Star. I had the sea bass and it was delicious. My wife enjoyed the chicken breast. The sides were very flavorful and excellent! We’ll certainly celebrate future birthdays and anniversaries here!

Holy cow! The hype is real. Best steak I've ever eaten

The Staff are amazing and made an amazing experience for the team. Craig is the man and is Dialed at everything he does would love to have him serve us again. Thank-you for the amazing experience and night. The music is on point and set an amazing tone for the night as well. Everything is super clean and put together. Worth every penny and then some :)

Pretty much everything was great. A sat at a booth at the bar, my server was the bartender. She was beautiful inside and out. I was drinking alone, so they gave me a smaller portion salad than usual, which was kind. With my steak, the have me complimentary small sides without my having to ask. The only negative was my steak was a bit overdone. But I'll blame that on my ignorance, being unused to steaks that think. I ordered medium rare, but there was only a touch of pink in the center. The edges were medium well. I think the plate continued to cook it? Next time, I'm order rare and compare results.

We tried a different restaurant for my sons 9th bday and then told us they had a 2.5 hour wait when they clearly had tables available. Most likely due to us having 3 kids under 10 in our party. Our children are EXTREMELY well behaved. We went to Ruth Chris and they sat us immediately, the staff was amazing and so friendly, the food was perfect and they treated my son so well. HIGHLY recommend.

I live in Highlands Ranch and was glad to learn about Ruth’s Chris Steak House, another high-end restaurant south of Denver. I visited today to check it out, but I was disappointed with their service.

I ordered a beer with my salad, along with a steak and a glass of wine. The waiter told me they would serve the wine with the steak. However, shortly after taking my order, they brought me the wine while I was still having my salad and beer.

After about 20 minutes, they served the steak but didn’t inform me that the plate was extremely hot. When I tried to move it, I burned my fingers. Later, when the manager came by for a routine check, I explained what had happened. They waived the charge for my wine and even the beer. However, I wasn’t concerned about the cost—I expected better service from a high-end restaurant.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience. I wouldn’t go back unless they improve their service.
