Ruth's Chris Steak House

My wife and I frequently visit Ruth Chris for the phenomenally consistent food quality, service and environment. The service is top notch! Perfect date night place or just a nice place to have a great meal.

We chose Ruth’s Chris to celebrate birthdays and were extremely disappointed. We ordered at 7 PM and didn’t receive our food until after 9 PM. The server was completely inattentive. The wait was so long that we barely had an appetite by the time the food arrived, and as shown in my photos, we ended up packing most of the food to go. Some of our party including our kids ordered medium-well steaks , but they came out closer to rare as if they rushed the food out. At that point, we didn’t want to send back the food to be remade because it was getting too late.

A manager came to the table, I guess they were having issues in the kitchen. We expressed our dissatisfaction, and nothing was done to address the situation. Given the long delays caused by kitchen issues, we would have expected at least some acknowledgment, whether a discount or any effort to make the situation right, but none was offered.

For a $700 bill, this level of service and food quality is a waste. Definitely would not recommend!

We were in a very early time slot, in the lounge. Headed to a Nuggets game so we wanted to get in and out quickly. Our server Travis took great care of us, helped up to get our order timed well and as always the food was delicious. There were very few table filled this early, and it was lovely.

Food and beverages were good. Service was slow as staff was overwhelmed. Decor was outdated. Many other better steak restaurants in DTC. Probably will not be returning.

First time at this location. Service was superb and everyone was super friendly for a Monday. :) Price was as expected for a nice steakhouse restaurant like this and the food was high quality. The ceaser salad I ordered was possibly one of the best I've ever had. It was exactly the perfect size with thick caeser dressing and just the right amount of cheese. I'd definitely recommend the bone-in NY strip, the seasoning was displayed a potent, but not overpowering taste and it was cooked just how I ordered it. Pretty good wine list, but not as diverse as other high-end steakhouses. The parking was across the street, but maybe there was better lots closer - that would be the only issue I could raise, but definitely just a nitpick. Looking forward to coming back soon!

We went to Ruth’s Chris Steak House for a very special night—I proposed to my fiancé here—and I can’t say enough about our server, Logan. He was truly the ultimate wingman and helped make the entire proposal so special and unforgettable.
You could tell he was almost as nervous as I was, which honestly made the moment even more meaningful and genuine. His support, attention to detail, and kindness turned an already important night into something absolutely beautiful.
I also want to give a huge thank you to the entire team working that night. Everyone was amazing and made the atmosphere feel so warm, genuine, and heart-warming. I’m incredibly grateful to Logan and the whole team for being part of such a once-in-a-lifetime moment. Thank you for helping make our proposal perfect.

Very accommodating, fast service. Everything you ask for they do with pleasure. Food as always was great. Highly recommended this restaurant for any occasion.

I’m sorry I was there last night but one thing that we did not receive was any type of elevated service. My friend and I went to belly Up at the bar for dinner. No placemats, No side dish, no bread. No place to put your knife, fork and spoon beside on the bar top. I just remember The downtown location that Mark and his father ran. This felt like a corporate store. You only need to look at your competition to see where you’re lacking. Sorry to have given you a poor review hopefully you’ll make these changes. $340.00 for dinner for two and no alcohol. I wouldn’t mind paying it if the service and experience was elevated

Let me start by saying: this 5 star review is for Jordan and Jordan alone.

Unfortunately, the food here is disappointing. With so many great steak options in the Denver Tech Center area, this is not a place I’d recommend for dining. I’ve tried ordering food more than once and each time it’s been disappointing, so at this point I don’t even bother.

However… Jordan is the reason I keep coming back.

It’s rare to visit a place once and have a bartender remember your exact cocktail and not only remember it, but make it perfectly every time. Jordan does that and more. She takes hospitality to another level. She is attentive, warm, and genuinely cares about her guests. You don’t feel like just another customer at the bar. You feel remembered, valued, and taken care of.

I come here strictly for cocktails, and I return because Jordan’s service is exceptional and consistent. Her professionalism and kindness make the experience worth it every time.
