We don't get to go out nearly as much as we used to. This was a treat dinner and let me tell you it was well worth it. The wait staff was top notch and the restaurant offers a three course meal for $55. We had a great time. Thank you so much!

Our service was pretty neglectful and non-existent. Very disappointed. Different people came over but it took forever to get someone to take our food order, no one followed up on additional drinks, or whether we needed anything ,we had to request plates and forks for our birthday dessert. It was just neglectful and not at all at the level this restaurant should be proud of. Honestly have had better service at fast casual restaurants. It feels like Ruth's Chris has become...

I specifically asked for a booth in my opentable reservation. hostesses need to be TRAINED to read special instructions on EVERY reservation. this way, you won't seat someone at a table they don't wish to sit at. they initially were going to seat us at a table that had rose petals on it and wished us a happy anniversary. it was not our anniversary and that was NOT indicated on my reservation so they had the wrong couple and the wrong table for us.
