Decided to stop coming here after they changed their rewards program and also their 22% happy People tip policy. I don’t think 22% tip is earned on to go orders under any scenario and I’m tired of paying it. What about happy customers? The food is ‘meh’ anymore, it’s not as good as it used to be, assuming they cut costs with cheaper ingredients, basically arugula on everything. I will just hit up Jimmy John’s a block away and save 50% at least…

Took forever to cook a bacon egg and cheese. Already paid and had to leave it or miss my flight. I would never recommend this place to anyone and the staff is as unfriendly as it gets. Strong pass.
Ordered from DoorDash - The chicken Cesar wrap is DELICIOUS!! Must try.

Tip: Walk next door to Meade St Provisions for a sandwich that's infinitely better. Like, they're really legit.Review: It's puzzling how after years of being open they still can't figure out how to make a decent sandwich (and they say it's an east coast/Jersey style deli). I decided to try them for the 20th time over the last decade and I just don't understand some of the good reviews on here. Plus, you're going to pay a premium price, so you might as well go to a place that serves better food.Processed, cheap meats that taste like salt water, hot sandwiches seem like they come out of the microwave, often stale bread, etc. The turkey doesn't even taste like turkey. They could be so much better with a little bit of focus on good ingredients and methods but instead it's really no better than Jimmy Johns, and actually worse in some cases. As I was eating, I thought to myself "This tastes like a sandwich I'd get at the airport". Low and behold, I found out they have opened up an airport location.

So, they have a spot at, the Denver airport. Don't bother. Waste of time. I paid 18 for half a sandwich. Nothing with it. 18$. The kid working there was as helpful as house plant. The kid making food was not any, better. Can't wait to see it closed and they get somthig worth it in there.

Denver airport hidden gem. Hard working patient cool staff. The Cuban is big juicy meaty crusty deliciousness. Find it in terminal B. Worth it.

Salt & Grinder was delicious, from the Macaroni Salad, to the Cuban sandwich. Service was prompt and the food came out very quickly!

I’m not sure how this place can receive a 5 star. The bread was dry and crumbly. I ordered a macaroni salad and didn’t even get forks, probably because they have a 10 year old running the register and doesn’t realize to include forks or napkins. 17$ for a mediocre (at best) sandwich? And the best part is the automatic 22% tip for “happy people” or whatever. Are you serious? You literally did nothing but make a gross sandwich. $30 total for one sandwich, bag of chips, a side (that’s supposed to be and extra $1), and a $5 automatic tip. Like that makes sense? You are not a restaurant. You’re fast casual small business. Makes ZERO sense. Do not waste your money on this monstrosity.

I have never had anything bad from there. Just had French Dip and was worth it!

Would have been the best french dip ever, but this place prefers to ruin it with mayo. Maybe a small sign saying what is covered in mayo would help folks who cannot eat raw eggs and oil. Had to throw my food away and was on a 10 hour flight. Ir was a great waste of $26.00.

We love y’all! Best sandwich in town. Everything is well put together using bright, fresh ingredients. The manager Mike is a TREASURE! He and the whole staff always make sure we are well cared for. Thank you for doing what you do and keeping us well fed and smiling.

$14.50 for an average to below average sausage, egg and cheese muffin. The same size, and taste, as the one from McDonalds. Y’all are out of your ever loving minds! First and last time I’ll ever spend money here. And then have the nerve to ask for tips?!?!? Y’all should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves.

Review applies to the airport location, but if my experience there is applicable to this location, this has to be the worst possible sandwich around. Nearly $20 for a 6 inch sandwich with Sysco deli mean and a few basic condiments on some dry bread. What an utter joke.
