Shake Shack, you disappoint me. Still waiting on the day that their food impresses me and is worth the cost. The service is hit or miss. My first time here, I remember the girl taking my order and giving it to someone else who didn’t closely resemble me. Weird! This time the service was good, but while my chicken sandwich was hot, the fries were cold. I regret ordering their fifty fifty because it’s flavorless! I genuinely want to understand the hype, but I just don’t. Maybe I can’t.
Maybe I’ll try again another day, who knows. I do appreciate how clean the restaurant is though!
