Shake Shack Cherry Creek

I got a raw burger. Excessively Pink in the middle I went from 5-5:30 on 2/26/25. Didn’t start eating til I got home , called the shake shack location they don’t answer only give you an option to speak to a manager who does not reply either. Wasted $10 bucks on a bad burger.

The food was fair. Service was fast and efficient. I don't like the idea of having to use a kiosk to order my own food, choose a number that will be called out when the order is ready, and then return back to the counter to get my food. Then, there's an option for a tip! That's wild. As for the atmosphere, while I was there, the area isn't ideal for me when it's dark out.

Ordered a few shack burgers, milkshake, and fries. The burgers tasted good, but were on the greasier side. Milkshake were good and the fries were crisp.

It was awkward hearing a manager scold their employees while we were eating next to her. I think that conversation should’ve been behind-the-scenes.

This place is definitely delicious ?. The burgers were so fresh and cooked perfectly. This location was very clean and the service was excellent and super fast . I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back here again ?... Make sure you try this place
