We really enjoyed our birthday dinner for two at Hillstone. We shared "Osaka Style" pressed sushi, spinach & artichoke dip and grilled heirloom artichokes - a delicacy IMHO. I chose a New Zealand white wine (having just returned from NZ) and it was excellent.

Pretty good eating if you don't mind risking spreading covid and killing old people, it would be nice if the restaurant was certified with covid-safe ventilation
