Had reservations and were seated immediately. Feels like an old pub in England sort of. Has a coastal sea vibe. Very cozy feeling. Took awhile to get a waiter, and he was a little slow in general, however he was extremely friendly and had great suggestions and had been working there for 64 years. The brown palace in general has a more laid back feel with service and mostly it’s just me who probably was impatient instead of enjoying the moment. It was overall a wonderful experience....
Absolutely love this place. The food, ambiance and staff were incredible! The fish and chips was the best I have ever had. I think because they use haddock it makes it even better!

Though appreciated the service, we found ourselves wondering when our orders would be taken and food/drinks provided. Though the food was great, it was small portioned and overpriced for the size, atmosphere and service.
