I just became a member and out of the 3 classes I have taken so far, I love the vibe, the instructors and the upbeat quality of the class. It's a total body workout, I always feel good coming in and leaving - absolutely love it here! And they offer free outdoor classes at the park, which are awesome. Definitely recommend.

I am obsessed with shred! A lot of people compare them to OTF the thing with Shred are the trainers aren't trying to sell you on a membership. They genuinely care that you love the experience. This location is located in a strip mall. Easy access to parking. No fuss. You walk in and someone at the desk will check you in. Shred is interval training. What's that you ask? You do 4 sets of 15 min workouts. 2 on the floor aka weight training and 2 on the tread mill. I'm a long distance runner so the interval running is perfect for pushing me to my next level. Secondly the trainers are amazing. Zerek was our trainer for the day and I loved his energy where he's pushing you to the next level without being obnoxious or overly peppy. I've been there 3Xs and I've left each time dripping in sweat and exhausted. Clean showers. Clean towels. Bath towels you don't have to carry around your own towel. Lots of lockers. Only downside is it's in south denver and I live in downtown denver. It's really out of the way so until they open on in downtown denver I'll just keep dreaming about them!

What a great workout!! Came for a Yelp event and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my workout. There were 2 halfs to the workout - treadmill and weights - the treadmill portion got me all warmed up and challenged my speed. It was motivating and encouraging when I thought I had reached my limit but the coach told us to hold on just for a little bit longer and to push the speed up a little bit more. I was able to go faster and longer than I would on my own! Next up was weights - we got a full body workout using a mix of body weight movements and handweights. Like with the treadmill portion we were pushed to hold on longer than I would have normally. The coach was so encouraging and kept me motivated the whole time - great music and good vibes! I'd for sure go back!

Love SHRED! Such a fun and effective workout. It is great that you can adjust the intensity of your workout based on how you are feeling that day. Very nice studio with high end equipment and Woodway treads. Awesome music. Also appreciate the childcare! Great spot.

Came for the Yelp event, stayed for the motivation. I've always prided myself on being fairly self-motivated in the apartment gym, but these days, it seems I need a little more of a push. Shred415 was just that - high energy, good music, and great vibes to push yourself a little further and leave all the work / life at the door. Had the pleasure of taking a class led by Zerek, and boy does he know how to get a workout party going. He had some of his personal mantras that he repeated over and over to keep us motivated. There's really no substitute for having another person talking at you to keep the blood flowing, be mindful of posture and positioning, remind you of your purpose in the gym, and overall, just being present. Present, that's keyword. Many gyms have taken on the yogic approach incorporating a class intention in order to stay present and focus. Shred415 does that well, with great teachers like Zerek, a darkened room, mirrors to look yourself in the eyes and say, "what up? let's get after it" while listening to music to keep the workout party going. Staff were friendly, facilities were clean, lockers easy to use. Towels and water available for trainees. Can't speak for the restrooms, but I hear they're nice. Ample parking in the lot outside. Here's a testament to how much I enjoyed this literal change of pace: I found a Groupon to take a few more classes and try it out more. Might have to commit to a few more after that.

This place is amazing! The staff is so friendly and inviting, always in such a great mood...love their energy! The studio space is very high end, the treadmills are top notch, all the equipment is clean and organized. The locker room is spa-like, showers, towels, blow dryers, hair ties, bobbypins...all the small touches add up. They have an ice machine for your water bottle that dispenses hospital ice (little nuggets)...I mean it really cant get any better. I haven't even mentioned the workout...its challenging and the music is pumping...just when you couldn't keep going the instructor motivates you to dig deeper, push harder and finish strong. Love this place!

I came to a Yelp event at Shred 415, and I would definitely love to come back! The staff was super friendly and welcoming and the instructor was AMAZING. He made us feel completely capable and ready to take on the challenge. His class left me sweaty, sore, and absolutely energized. Loved the clean look of the facilities, and the day-use lockers were really handy. I'm a person that goes to the gym at least 3 times a week, and this hour long class still kicked my butt! Having the lights low and the music blaring gave the room an electric energy and really allowed you to dig into the work. I am NOT a runner, but the way they structured the drills on the treadmill was completely doable and achievable for a person at any fitness level. Having different sets and sizes of weights made it possible for everyone to tailor the class to their needs and abilities. I would definitely go back to Shred 415 for another sweat session soon.

Shred 415 has a perfect combination of cardio and strength workouts. Zerek, our instructor, was high energy and was really clear about how to challenge ourselves with higher intervals or modifications for weights. The music is amazing and really keeps you pumped for your next push or burst! What I really love about the workout is how fast it goes and the variety! You never repeat a motion twice and each rep is targeted towards a different muscle group. During the workout expect to work through inclines. The cardio and weight sections are both adaptable to your level of comfort meaning that you control how much faster you push or the weights you lift.
