Had heard quite a bit about this sandwich chain. Now I will say I think I was one of the last customers of the night. The bread was soft and good, although toasted a little longer than I prefer. I had the tuna with extra mayonnaise. It was a good sandwich. I really liked the voodoo chips. The service person was pleasant, but I believe the only one and he was cleaning up for closing. The environment was typical of a downtown sandwich shop. I will be going by again to try their Italian sandwich and will make a point to hit it for lunch as that may increase the ratings when fully staffed and in the peak hours. #ReviewsontheRickterScale

I was able to get a quick salad for about 15 bucks. And it was my first time, but it was super yummy and Hector helped me out and he was super sweet. I was very tired from a conference, and Hector treated me with nothing but kindness ☀️ does. The food was all right. It’s not a very vegetarian or Vegan friendly spot.

Hands down the best hoagies in Denver! The bread was delicious, the meats, cheeses, and toppings are all fresh, and great quality. The staff is helpful and nice and their cookies...soooo good.

Best sandwich I ever had. The sprouts were not moldy tasting, fresh and perfectly crisped... Not all locations are same. Highly recommend this spot!!! The awesome sauce guy taking my order was super engaging and friendly!!! The whole team was super efficient and organized. Our order came out quickly and made with love. Place was clean. I love the outdoor seating. ?

Walked in on a Wednesday at 1:45pm. There was a sign saying they closed at 2pm for an employee function. The cashier wearing a Coca-Cola ball cap told me that they were closing at 2 and he wasn't taking anymore orders. I said "it's only 1:45."The cashier then said " I'm serious I'm not taking anymore orders." And he literally shooed me away and then turned around and walked away.This was the rudest and most unprofessional encounter I've had at a restaurant.
I have twice now received the wrong sandwich at this location. It’s frustrating to walk there to pick up my order only to get back to the office and notice that my order was wrong. I normally enjoy Snarfs but I would avoid this location.

Came by to eat with my partner before doing some shopping. Got myself the chicken salad sandwich and it was AMAZING. I highly recommend it. We got our food pretty quickly and had no complaints.

Naahhh I like subways sandwiches better. Even I would prefer local regional Sandwich Stores. My Sandwich was kinda burnt, the stuff who did it saw it but didn’t care anyway…

I was told my wait would be 20 minutes for a simple roast beef and provolone sandwich. I waited 35 minutes - there goes my lunch break - and paid $15 for two thin strips of meat and harsh unpleasant onions (see photo). (Please use red onions or sweet onions that taste good!) It tasted quite mediocre and not at all what I expected from their claims of "cravable". I will certainly not be returning any time soon.
