I get Snarfs GF regularly. However, recently when either someone picks up sandwiches or we have doordash deliver, the GF sandwhich is not labelled. That should be automatic. It takes 2 seconds to write GF on a label. Today, I ordered 2 exactly the same sandwiches but one was GF. No label. Nothing to identify which sandwhich was GF. Most people that order GF HAVE to have GF. It isn't a choice. PLEASE take the time to write GF on the wrapper.

I’m a longtime patron of Snarfs and work as a service plumber from the Springs to Ft. Collins, always stopping in the other locations when I have the chance. That being said, the customer service here is lacking. The dude working the pickup counter has a strange entitlement about him. I informed him that I was here to pick up a mobile order, at which point I gave him my name. I thanked him as he tossed my sandwhich up onto the counter and proceeded with complete silence. As if I had just inconvenienced his day even after leaving a tip. Perhaps I used the wrong pronouns with this princess. Either way, get a new job if you don’t like the one you have. I promise mine is harder.
Sandwich was good, but I absolutely won’t revisit this location as long as they keep people like that employed.

Decided to give this place a try. The lady behind the pick up counter was the first one to see and she was rude from opening the door until I picked up the food. Bummer
I am gluten free celiac and the gentleman taking the order was very friendly and knowledgeable about what I can have.
I ended up getting the cheesesteak off the “Not on the menu” menu. I was excited to give it a go. It came out warm and looked delicious. It was a bit of a let down. Not much flavor and the meat was a bit scarce. I also had the potato salad and that was even more disappointing. It was basically copped up potatoes swirled around in mayo with no flavor whatsoever.
Needless to say it will be quite a while before I go back

I recently had an unimpressive experience. I ordered the turkey with Swiss and all the toppings. However, the gluten-free bread option came with an unreasonable $3.55 surcharge. The bread's quality was mediocre, and I was not impressed. As a result, I do not intend to return in the near future.

I love the snarfs all over the city except here. Do not order to go, or your order will be wrong every time. Their suggestion to get a correct order is to order at a less busy time. I won’t order here at all.

Ordered the Mother Clucker off the "secret" Menu. I have had it before and it's normally a great sandwich. Today they made it specifically with the items a asked to not have on this sandwich. Along with added peppers and things that aren't even on this sandwich. Very strange and terrible experience today with this location. I threw the sandwich out! Pretty terrible service. In fact going back to look at the menu I received the complete wrong sandwich I ordered. They person I ordered from made the sandwich for me also!

I used to eat here a lot, almost twice a week, but something changed.
Every time I order togo now my notes always get ignored. I wish I was over exaggerating when I say that I have asked for extra mayo and extra hot peppers several times and almost always will have a tiny amount of hot peppers and literally no mayo on my sandwich.
I called and complained and was then gaslit by the manager saying, “that’s unusual and that no one ever complains..” Yeah cus who’s gonna care enough to call about not getting some extra mayo? I hadn’t complained till it happened to me the 4th time.
I stopped eating here for several months due to these inconsistencies, then decided to give it a shot again and sure enough my notes were ignored and I didn’t get what I asked for.
Worth noting that the people making the sandwiches almost always have really bad attitudes. I do understand that given the neighborhood they’re in and the people they have to deal with can incite these feelings, but it definitely is off putting and is one of several reasons why I choose to just go to the subway down Colorado Blvd instead.
